"Solid, durable, well worth the investment!" - by Larry Budd (COMSTOCK PARK, MI, US)
I used this mouse for approximately 6 years. I used it so much, that eventually I wore the bottom of the mouse out and was exposing the screws that held the PC board onto the base of the mouse. It's a well put together mouse.

Besides the build quality, the great things about this mouse are 1) the ability to fold it flat, which 2) shuts the mouse off, and 3) the magnetism of the back which holds the dongle. This makes the mouse awesome to put in a tight bag, or in a pocket without lots of bulk and saves on batteries.

While this doesn't really offer any super fancy mouse features, like side buttons, it does have the mouse wheel buttons which work by haptic feedback. I actually liked this mouse so much I purchased a replacement for it, and when I got a computer that ... full review

"I love this mouse!" - by Amanda
This is the 3rd mouse I have had like this and they are well worth the cost. My first mouse was chewed up by my dog so I had to have a replacement for my home laptop. I decided to buy another one for my computer at work as well. After having 3 of these I can tell you that they work wonderfully and I haven't had a single problem out of any of them. I absolutely love the grip and accuracy of them. I also love how they are so easy to pack up and take with you when traveling.

"Great Design by Microsoft" - by Adam Jewel
This is by far the best bluetooth mouse that I have ever bought.

As stated in the description, the arc is "on" and bending it into the flat position is "off." This was a brilliant idea for someone that is always carrying around their Surface Pro 4 as well as a mouse from one meeting to the next and constantly slipping the mouse and SP4 in and out of a travel bag.

So many people have told me how great of an idea this was by Microsoft. People are constantly asking my "what is that?" when they see it in the flat position. Once I show them, they agree that it's a brilliant design.

In terms of use, it connects to the SP4 bluetooth perfectly. I've never had an issue in the week I've been using it (probably 70 hours of use already).

The scroll takes a while to get used to and I ... full review

"Perfect for home and travel." - by A. Schultz (Washington, D.C.)
There's nothing to dislike about this mouse. It's great for home because it's fullsize. It's great for travel because it's light-weight and flat when off. Arcing the mouse turns it on; flattening it turns it off. The touch portions respond well and swiping works great. Batteries last a long time and the usb wireless works across some pretty big distances. I've had my mouse at home for over a year and had no problems. I bought a second for work to replace the corded rollerball (!) mouse that I was given.

"Super Slim, better than a trackpad, not perfect, but close enough." - by william
Excellent mouse, and the grip is usable, if a little odd. I can't give a full five stars because using it is mildly uncomfortable but I think eventually I might adapt. That being said, if you need a slim portable mouse, this is a pretty good option. I can't help but wonder if one of the cheaper swivel style slim mice might have been more comfortable though. Also, scrolling is counter intuitive when switching back and forth with a touch pad because my brain thinks smooth surfaces scroll inverted. I could probably change this, but I fear it would exacerbate the issue. The middle should have a different texture so you can feel a tactile strip to scroll and I think this would help.

"The mouse is perfect and I'm glad that it is a Bluetooth" - by LY Mejia
The mouse is perfect and I'm glad that it is a Bluetooth. The last arc that I had was a USB.

"Great for general-purpose portability" - by Trenton Bennett (USA)
This is far from the best mouse I've ever owned, but that's not the point of it. The beauty of this mouse lies in its simplicity and its portability. I bought this to tote with my Surface Pro 2 because my Orochi, lovely though it was, was too big of a wart in the tiny slipcase I carry the Surface Pro 2 in. The Arc Touch Bluetooth mouse works just fine for general computing but you wouldn't find it comfortable for long periods of time, especially if you're gaming or doing fine-coordinated graphics work.

The way the Arc Touch works is: when it's flat, it's turned off. Gently bend the body, and it clicks into the arc position you see in the picture and turns itself on--a very clever design. Click it flat again, and it turns off until the next time you need it. ... full review

"Works well. Turn it on by bending it." - by Bruce Cichowlas
This is great, but at first I didn't know that it turned on and off by flexing it straight an curved. And when you make it flat it is easy to carry with the computer, even in a small case.

"Easy to carry" - by 13addata
Before I purchased this mouse, I actually did some research for similar products in the market. And finally I narrowed down my choices to the Microsoft one and this mouse. I would say this mouse provided a affordable price. After using is for some days, I found it so easy to use. There is one thing I need to point out is that don't expect the touch scroll panel would be as good as the physical ones. After all, this mouse is worth it. You got what you pay for!

"Well Made" - by Luis
I have had this mouse for about 4 years now and it still works like the day I got it! I love the fact that it turns of by just flattening. The Batteries last super long if you remember to turn it off. Add rechargeable batteries and your set for I would say 6 moths to a year on one charge! people keep trying to buy it from me but I just can't find a better basic mouse. I also use it to game on games like Warcraft and Counter Strike and its super responsive. I only disappointed that it does not work on highly reflective surfaces such as glass or plastic. This can be fustrating if you are always on the go and forget your mouse pad. It will work on most wood surfaces and laminated countertops. Not cheap but a great buy and overall longevity.

"Works as expected, just hard to wake up once asleep" - by K. Droptini
Works great. I love the old style Microsoft Arc mouse this is modeled after. Microsoft stopped making this style so I had to go to generic versions.

Thw only complaint so far is that if the computer goes to sleep, so does the mouse and to wake up the mouse, I have to pop out the batteries. I have been using it the couple of days a week I work from home for a couple of months.

"Easy Setup & Connect" - by ZooMama
Great portable mouse. Easy to set up...just turn it on and turn on your device. Easy peasy. Travels well. No crazy random mouse movements with the scroll wheel, either.
