I'm loving this light strip. First thing to note, this one does NOT connect to wifi, that's why it's so cheap. It can be controlled from you phone via the app, by connecting to blue tooth, but the strip itself does not connect to wifi. There's also the remote. What is great about this strip is that you can cut it, and then reconnect the cut back together with the included coupler.There's a review complaining about not being able to make a 90 degree turn without a special part. You can absolutely make a 90 degree turn, you just have to make a bit of a loop with the strip which I have pictured.If you're looking for a very inexpensive led light strip and you need a lot, this might be the product for you

I was looking for an affordable light strip for my apartment and this one caught my eye for its smart functionality and remote. The smartphone controls work perfect, and I have the remote on the table for times where I don't have my phone 😁. The colors this LED produces are as colorful and bright as I expected, sometimes even more than I anticipate! I keep the lights at 60-70% which you can see in the picture. Changing the brightness is possible with the remote in any color setting. My favorite feature on the remote is the control of the speed of the effect, I can set it to slowly fade from one color to another which looks amazing! Installation was super easy; it comes wrapped like a roll of tape and all you have to do is to stick the strip wherever you want! I also appreciate the different options given for connecting the 3 rolls that come in the box, you can have them as 3 separate strips or one long strip. Overall, for the price I am really impressed with the product since I don't see any compromises made in making this product.

First time setting up lights, a little difficult to put them on the ceiling but eventually I did it. After I hooked them up, I noticed not all the lights would change to the color I desired. If I wanted all blue, only one strip would light up blue, and the others would be yellow and then a dimmed red. I plugged and unplugged the slots into different ports but that didn't help. It would only make one strip light up instead of all them. Instructions aren't so helpful and I guess they're okay but am disappointed. I wanted a soothing light show and now only get a little happiness with all green because no other color lights up and stays on all strips unless it's green. I'd do a little more research on other led strips people Unless this is how I set it up, then it's on me. But otherwise, I fault the strips.

EDIT: After chatting with one of the lovely support agents who contacted me in the first place, they are able to accommodate my needs. I would gladly update my review for their excellent customer service and reputation. I would recommend buying from this seller as they value their customers.

Took forever too hang up. The sticky side wasn’t very sticky at all so it kept falling off. The remote works fine. Really dim even at max brightness. About 5 months in there was a few lights that died and are now red anytime the lights are on. Now at 9 months there are 4 of these dead patches. Also the connectors are really long so the space where they connect is really bulky and inconvenient.
I will say none of this changed but I left these on all day and all night at different brightness settings and colors and they lasted four years, sure some spots just turned red and never changed but really impressive

Have to say I am overall satisfied with these lights! 50ft was plent to deck out my kitchen bar/entry way/tv stand. They adhere well, definitely don't see any issues with them coming off on their own.
The lights are bright or can be dimmed, they have a variety of colors and settings that I enjoy. Great bang for your buck.
There are a few bugs with the set though.
When installing the lights as one long strand, you have to be sure to connect them a certain way or only some lights will come on. Had to go back and flip the connectors a couple times to get them all on.
Aside from that, I also noticed issues with my Tv remote interacting with the lights at times. For example if im pushing volume up/down or select, my lights may or may not come on their own and sporadicallt change colors. Its an easy correction by getting on the app or the light controller and switching them off or to a setting once im done with the TV remote.
I also had purchased one string of led remote lights before this one, those do not have an app nor have a microphone to pick up sounds. Those lights remote also seeks to interact with these led lights. Slight frustration to get them to work together, but if you only have one set I don't see it being an issue.
I have to do more testing with the microphone option with these lights, it doesn't quite sync to music the way I thought it would. I think it may just pick up certain sounds and change light colors, but it doesn't sync right for me.
Its still a cool item, and can brighten up any room. 4/5

Honestly amazed at the value of this product. I was worried that for the price, the adhesive may be cheap or that the lighting would be dull or limited. I am happy to say that this is not the case at all. The adhesive went on easily and did not lose its stick anywhere along the wall, and the color can be adjusted to be bright enough to light the room by itself. I was able to wrap the lights around the entire perimeter of my bedroom and still had a roll and a half to spare. The app is easy to use and opens up a lot of added customization, which only adds to the value of this product. Installation was very very simple and I was able to cut it to the exact length I wanted. Also included was a few cable organizers, corner junctions, and extra connectors. The organizers I was able to use to help the cord from outlet to lightstrip fit very nicely, and I'm sure for more complicated Installations the other extra accessories would be very helpful. 10/10 product, thank you!

Honestly amazed at the value of this product. I was worried that for the price, the adhesive may be cheap or that the lighting would be dull or limited. I am happy to say that this is not the case at all. The adhesive went on easily and did not lose its stick anywhere along the wall, and the color can be adjusted to be bright enough to light the room by itself. I was able to wrap the lights around the entire perimeter of my bedroom and still had a roll and a half to spare. The app is easy to use and opens up a lot of added customization, which only adds to the value of this product. Installation was very very simple and I was able to cut it to the exact length I wanted. Also included was a few cable organizers, corner junctions, and extra connectors. The organizers I was able to use to help the cord from outlet to lightstrip fit very nicely, and I'm sure for more complicated Installations the other extra accessories would be very helpful. 10/10 product, thank you!

I received my Lights last Monday. Super easy to install due to them having sticky tape on the back side of the light strip. Very bright and have a decent selection of colors. The remote that It comes with is a cheap piece of garbage. none of the colors on the remote match to what color is on the light. that can be overlooked if download the app to control the lights from your phone. the App allows all of the colors to be accessed and you can put a custom timer on the lights with a decent interface. my only complaint is the Smell the adhesive gave off after I installed them. thankfully the smell was gone in about 3 days. I say these are worth the $28 I paid
