The lens came in a very nice package with a great cleaning cloth. They fit perfect in the flakjacket frames. I’ve been using them hard for the past 2 months now... Bought both kinds as a gift. the pair without mirrorshield and lasted roughly 2 years. Will update again on how long the pair with mirrorshield lasts.

1. If I send you a message, how soon can I expect to hear back from you?
We pride ourselves on excellent customer service and strive to handle each question as quickly as possible. We will respond to messages within one business day (M-F) and often are able to respond to messages on weekends, as well! That said, some days have higher volumes of questions than others, so please be patient if you don't hear back right away. We will make sure that your question gets answered!
2. Where is my item and why has it not arrived?
All of our packages ship within 1 business day of payment and most packages arrive in a timely manner (2-6 business days for US domestic). Unfortunately, an occasional package does get delayed or misplaced in transit. International orders can take up to 20 business days for standard USPS shipping. FedEx International Priority should arrive within 3-7 days, and we are continually working to improve shipping services. If you have additional questions, please contact us and our customer care representatives will be happy to assist you!
3. Can the wearer's eyes be seen when wearing your mirrored lenses?
No, you can be as covert as you want! All of our mirror coated lenses and our "Black" lenses will hide your eyes from the outside world.
4. How can I tell if my lenses are polarized?
There are several tests you can do to find out whether or not your lenses are polarized. The easiest is to hold one lens in front of the other and while looking through both of them, rotate one. At a certain angle they will black out, blocking all light transmission. Although our lenses do not have the words "polarized" etched into them, they are 100% polarized if advertised as such. Polarization is a sweet feature because it blocks reflected light which reduces glare and enhances contrast.
5. Is Revant associated with Oakley, Ray Ban, Spy, Smith, Rudy Project, or Costa?
We are not affiliated with any of those brand and do not sell original Oakley, Ray Ban, Spy, Smith, Rudy Project or Costa brand lenses. We manufacture or lenses with the highest quality machines that use precision cnc to make sure Revant lenses that will fit perfectly in your specified frames.
6. What quality are your lenses?
Our lenses are very high quality. Most of them are 100% polarized (made
from Revant’s Polarium® polarized optical polymer), all of
them meet or exceed federal impact resistance standards, offer 100% UV
protection, and have a permanent hydrophobic nano-coating that repels
dust and water.
7. How do I install my lenses?
It is very simple to remove old lenses and install new ones. We've created installation videos for every lens and you can check them out on YouTube by searching "Revant (frame name) Installation).

8. There is a flaw in my lens or it will not fit. What do I do?
First, we apologize if there are any flaws with your lenses. We test for very strict quality standards before our lenses leave our warehouse, but occasionally a flawed pair slips through or becomes damaged in shipping. Another common problem is that the lenses you ordered are not for your particular frame. Please double check that your frame is the same as the lenses that you ordered. Please contact us if there is anything we can help you with. We have an excellent return/refund policy and our customer care representatives will be happy to assist you! Please be aware, we can not accept returns for product that has been altered or modified.
9. What color is the tint of the lenses when looking through them?
Most of our lenses have a grey base lens with a colored MirrorShield™ coating on the outside. Depending on the MirrorShield™ coating, the color while looking through the lenses will be slightly different. When looking through a lens with red, purple or blue MirrorShield™coating, the lens will have a slight brown tint. Lenses that feature a green or yellow MirrorShield™ coating will have a slightly rose tint. Lenses with a silver MirrorShield™ coating will have a gray tint. Lenses without the MirrorShield™ coating will be the same tint as the color of the lens- example: Brown lens with no MirrorShield™ coating will have a brown tint when looking through them.
10. Can you manufacture special orders or lenses that are not listed in your store?
Unfortunately we are unable to offer this service at this time. We hope to be able to in the future though!
11. Are Revant lenses impact resistant?
Yes, all Revant lenses are impact resistant, meeting the impact
resistance standards of the American National Standards Institute (ANSI)
Z80.3-2003 and EN 1836:2005 as well as the FDA regulation 21 CFR
801.410 for impact-resistant lenses for general use.
Note: Standard Revant lenses are not intended for high-impact sports and are not designed to be industrial safety eyewear as defined in ANSI Z87.1-2003.
Revant Elite HC3™ lenses are designed for high impact environments and exceed the ANSI Z87.1* standards for high mass, high velocity impact resistance.
*All HC3™ lenses meet the ANSI Z87.1 tests for clarity and high impact resistance, but not all frames are designed for high impact. Your frame must also be marked with “Z87” to comply with the ANSI standards and be approved by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) for use in environments where eye protection is required.
Gift Wrap and Gift Messaging
You can add a gift message when ordering items fulfilled by Amazon.com or selected Amazon Merchants. Gift message are limited to a maximum of 240 characters--about 10 lines of text. In your message, be sure to include who the gift is from and the name of the gift recipient. For items fulfilled by Amazon.com, you can also choose to use Amazon.com gift-wrapping designed exclusively for our customers, in which case we will print your message on a gift card. Otherwise, we'll include your message on the packing slip.
