  4. Select a payment method and select Continue

  • Orders received by 3:00PM (PST) will normally ship the same business day. Please allow more time for international orders to be processed.
  • Once the order has shipped, shipping and handling fees are non-refundable
  • Any express shipping service (such as 1-day, 2-day, 3-day shipping) are only delivered on business days. If you require weekend delivery, please contact us prior to placing your order with us.

We only charge sales tax for orders shipped to an address in California (8%).

When will my package ship?
  • Orders placed by 3:00PM (PST) will normally ship the same business day. Please allow more time for international orders to be processed.

  • Will I receive a tracking number? 
  • Yes, tracking number/delivery confirmation number along with an invoice will be sent to your Amazon account as soon as the order has been processed.

    Sales and Return Policies

  • We offer 30-day returns/refunds for all items purchased with us (less shipping and handling charges).
  • Used/Opened returns may be subjected to a restocking fee. This is dependent on the item purchased and/or the quality of the item returned back. Please contact us directly for more details in regard to this.
  • Shipping fees/ Return shipping costs are normally non-refundable.

  • Shipments that are refused, or returned due to an invalid address may be subjected to 15% return fee plus any applicable handling fees. This also applies to special addresses that require delivery by USPS or FedEx/ UPS.                    
  • Any changes or cancellation of order(s) must be submitted by 2:00PM PST of the shipping day.
  • Any express shipping service (such as 1-day, 2-day, 3-day shipping) are only delivered on business days (excludes weekend days). If you require weekend delivery, please contact us prior to placing your order with us.

  • To return a product you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) from us first. Parts Collection will not accept any returns prior to authorization.
  • Unauthorized returns will not be honored and may be refused upon receipt and/or shipped back at the customer's expense
  • RMA processing can take up to 7 business days to process from the time we received return.
