Electronic Deals reserves the right to test "dead on arrival" returns and impose a restocking fee equal to 10-20% of the product sales price if the customer misrepresents the condition of the product. Upon approval, Electronic Deals will email you a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and Return Instructions.  No returns of any type will be accepted without an RA#. Return Authorization Numbers are valid for thirty (30) days. Any products returned after the expiration date will be refused. Please note that an RA# does not guarantee a final disposition. All returns are subject to inspection.

•All Televisions are not returnable, as they are serviced under the manufacturer's warranty
