Shipping Carriers We Use:
The majority of the packages we ship, both domestically and internationally, are through FedEx, UPS and the US Mail via Priority Mail*.  For larger items, we will ship your order via truck freight.

What you should know about these carriers:

Federal Express (aka. FedEx)
Our preferred carrier is FedEx. Unless you provide special instructions with your order to ship via another carrier, 99% of the domestic packages over 5 lbs. will ship by FedEx. FedEx ground delivery takes 2-5 business days in the US and Canada.

UPS
The usual ship time for UPS Ground is 3 to 7 business days. UPS uses tracking numbers, so we can easily and quickly locate any domestic or International package. UPS does not deliver packages on Saturdays, Sundays or major holidays.

Priority Mail
Please allow 3 to 10 days for delivery for packages shipped via Priority Mail. Priority Mail uses delivery confirmation numbers to confirm delivery of the packages. If your shipping address is a P.O. Box, we will automatically ship your package via Priority Mail.

Truck Freight
Truck Freight may take up to seven business days to ship, not including any pre-shipping time which may also be involved. The shipping company will call you in advance to schedule the delivery, and you must be at home to receive your order.

Once your order arrives, it is your responsibility to unload it from the back of the truck. With heavier items, the carrier may be able to use a lift-gate to remove your order from the truck for an additional fee. The carrier may also be able to deliver your order across your threshold for an additional fee. Please contact us before you order ships for more information on this service, including fees.

If you are not available at the designated delivery time, or if the shipping company is unable to contact you, the shipping company may hold your order for several days – and you may be charged a storage fee. After this time, your order will be returned for credit under our return policy, and you will be charged for Truck Freight shipping in both directions (i.e., to and from your location).

Note: Truck Freight deliveries are for street addresses only and cannot be made to a post office box.

Shipping Outside of the United States
At this time we only ship within the contiguous United States.

*Certain orders may not be able to be shipped via Priority Mail.  This is because of certain size and insurance constraints with Priority Mail.

Defective or Damaged Product

What to Do if You Receive a Damaged Package
We take great care in packaging our products to ensure that they arrive safely at your shipping destination. However, sometimes packages get damaged in transit to you. Please inspect your package when you receive it. Immediately notify the delivery person of any damage to the exterior of the carton. If the product is damaged call the shipping company to file at damage claim. You can reach UPS 1-800-742-5877, FedEx at 1-800-463-3339, and DHL at 1-800-225-5345. Write down the damage claim number they assign to you. Please contact us at orders@audioadvisor.com or at 1-800-942-0220 and inform us of the damage. Once the damage claim is filed we will be able to repair or replace the damaged item at no cost to you.

What to do if you have a Defective Product
If you have problems with a product once you receive it, please contact our customer service or sales departments for assistance. They will work with you and try to troubleshoot the problem. Most often defective products really aren't defective, but are simply not being used properly.

If it is determined that the product is defective, we will exchange it at no cost to you within 30 days of purchase.

If your product requires service after 30 days from purchase, please consult your manufacturer's product warranty information. Products under warranty will be serviced under the manufacturer's warranty provisions at your local authorized service center. We recommend you utilize local authorized service centers whenever possible as it minimizes back and forth shipping and can speed product repair. If you do not have a local authorized service center, please contact us for assistance at orders@audioadvisor.com. We can usually arrange to have the product returned to us for service here or at the manufacturer's facility. Please note that we cannot be responsible for shipping costs on units that require service and are beyond 30 days from date of purchase.
