Shipping Policies

We ship items out within 1-2 days of ordering. Items are shipped according to the estimated delivery dates listed on item page. We may ship Ground , Priority, Surepost or Smart post with FedEx or UPS and also via USPS. You will receive a tracking# within 24hours of your item shipping.

Deff Audio charges sales Tax on orders from Pennsylvannia as required by law.

Q: Where is my package?

A: Please click the link below to check your order history and find the order in question and click track package.
In the lower right it will say shipment details which will tell you the tracking# and carrier name.

Q: It says Delivered where is my package?
A: Check with your neighbors or other household members if you still cannot find your package either call the carrier (UPS/USPS/Fedex) or reply to this message to open an investigation.

Q: I didn't get all of my items?
A: Check your email' account sometimes we have to ship your order in multiple boxes when this happens we send an email with the additional tracking numbers.

Q: Can I change my address after I ordered?

A: No please ask to cancel your order if it has not shipped already and reorder. If your item has already shipped please contact the local post, Fedex or UPS (depending on tracking#) office to request the package be forwarded to you we cannot change USPS or Surepost shipments in route.

  • We accept returns within 30 days of date of receipt of item

  • Please make sure you have done everything correct in installation as Non-defective returns due to user error will impact your refund with up to a 20% restocking fee.

  • If you are returning because you changed your mind up to a 20% restocking fee may be charged and you must pay return shipping.

  • All items will be tested and inspected if you submit a claim of damage and the item works or has been tampered with a restocking fee of up to 50% will apply.

  • All accessories must be returned with item return as well as retail box in good condition.

  • Buyer pays return shipping on non defective returns. All returns will be tested and if found non defective or damaged by the customer no refund will be issued or a fee will be charged and deducted from the refund.

  • We cannot issue a refund until we receive your item back.

  • We cannot accept a return and exchange it for another item please return the item and repurchase the item you want.

  • We will provide a prepaid label to return your item if it is a non defective return the cost of that label will be deducted from your refund this fee will be made clear once we accept your return.

Items returned as undeliverable

Occasionally packages are returned to us as un-deliverable. When the carrier returns an un-deliverable package to us, you will be issued a full purchase price refund (not including shipping charges).
