No returns will be accepted without an RMA # - Please send us a message through the Amazon email system for a Return Authorization Number. Any item returned without authorization will be refused.
Return of New Items
VIDEO & AUDIO CENTER allows you to return any new, factory-sealed and unopened merchandise within 10 days of your purchase date. You may choose a full-credit product exchange or a full credit by the same means payment was made. You will receive the purchase price less shipping charges (Items that qualified for free shipping that are being returned will have our standard shipping charges deducted from the refund or credit).
All returned merchandise must be unregistered, in complete original manufacturer's packaging, same condition as sold, with all accessories, literature, instructions, documentation and blank warranty cards.
Return of Damaged or Defective Items
We suggest you to keep the manufacturer's box for at least 30 days in case there would be an issue or if you wish to return the unit.
DAMAGED ITEMS
VIDEO & AUDIO CENTER allows you to return a damaged item within 48 hours from the time the unit gets delivered.
We make every effort to prevent shipping damages. For TV's that are 50" and above, It Is Extremely Important That You Inspect The TV For Damages Before The Driver Leaves. If your TV appears damaged, you should refuse it. Once you sign for it or open the box you cannot claim in-transit damage.
If the driver has left and you found out that your package is damaged, immediately contact our customer service at (866) 822 2289.
Please note that due to the time constraints to file a shipping damage or loss claim, all shortages, missing or damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of the product otherwise, it will not be accepted.
DEFECTIVE ITEMS
VIDEO & AUDIO CENTER allows you to return a defective item within 10 days from the day the unit gets delivered.
In the unlikely event that a TV is defective, the warranty is to be handled thru the manufacturer. A service can be arranged with them so a technical expert can assess the television. If service does not resolve the issue, a case number needs to be requested from them so we can arrange with our carrier to contact you to schedule an exchange or return.
Defective products must be returned in the original box with all packaged materials including any and all promotional materials shipped with the product. THE UPC LABEL MUST BE INTACT and THE SERIAL NUMBER ON THE PRODUCT MUST MATCH THE SERIAL NUMBER ON THE ORIGINAL BOX. The original product must be returned no later than 10 days from the receipt of your return authorization number. Any merchandise that does not have a return authorization number will be refused.
Please allow seven to ten (7-10) business days after we receive the package for your return/exchange/refund to be processed. An email confirmation will be sent to you once the return is processed.
In the event that the unit has been shipped outside the United States, the customer is responsible in shipping the unit back to the US address where it was originally shipped to and it needs to be done within thirty (30) days from the date the TV was delivered to the original US address. Also note that a damaged claim due to shipping cannot be filed anymore once the unit gets shipped outside the US.
Non-Returnable Items
VIDEO & AUDIO CENTER is unable to accept returns of the following:
- Televisions over 20 inches
- No refunds or exchanges on used or opened merchandise
- No refunds on labor and/or installation services
- No refunds on consumables including but not limited to recordable media, photo paper, digital memory, tapes, batteries, CD/DVDs, etc.
- No refunds on opened computer software, movies, music and video games. (To get credit for these items, they must be unopened. If the original is damaged or defective, please see details above).
- No refunds on special order merchandise
- No refunds on any product with a service activation feature.
Any merchandise missing the original Universal Product Code (UPC) cannot be returned. If the item is damaged or defective, please see details above.
Restocking Fee
In the event an item is returned/exchanged, there will be a restocking charge of up to 15% to be levied with the sole discretion of Video & Audio Center. This fee apply unless the item is defective or damaged, you received the wrong item, or the fee is prohibited by law.

There will be an additional fee for any special delivery outside the indicated dates and times. Shipping time may take longer for beyond point areas.
*Please also note that a delivery appointment is required. As soon as the unit arrives in their local terminal, an agent from the freight company will call you through the contact number indicated on your order information to schedule the delivery.
