If you wish to return a product you find unsatisfactory, please follow and read the procedures below.

Be advised if the item(s) being returned are opened or used, they must come back in the original retail packaging with all parts included. We do NOT accept partial returns, thus make sure the product is complete: including retail box in good condition and all booklets and instructions.  Please do NOT write on the product or deface any part of the item, as the return will not be accepted. Products which cannot be returned in the whole original condition can NOT be returned.   

We CANNOT accept returns on products that have been used on the face, body or mouth, according to Federal laws. These products include but are not limited to: Natural Bras, Strapless Silicone Bras, Celebrity White, all types of Shavers, Tweezers, and Trimmers, Sonic Clean Between Machines, Cybersonic Oral Systems and Brush Heads, Dr Feder's LiftTight , all Epil-Stop products etc.

The package must be complete. You may not just put a stamp on the package as it may become damaged and unusable.  Please box your return item and send it back with tracking/delivery confirmation and RMA number on the outside of the package.

-For any opened or used products there will be a 20% restocking fee.

-Returns are only accepted within the first 30 days of purchase.

If shipping was included in the cost of the item to offer free shipping, appropriate shipping will be deducted on the product return. Shipping costs will NOT be refunded for orders with the exception of damaged merchandise. Furthermore, we DO NOT refund return shipping costs.

Products which are refused, delivered to an incorrect address, or unclaimed after shipment will be assessed a shipping fee. 

PLEASE INCLUDE ALL RELEVANT SHIPPING INFORMATION: First and last name, complete address including apartment/suite numbers. If shipping to a business address: include the company name, floor, suite number, or any other additional information. 

Return Procedures are as follows:

1. Please call for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) before returning the product.
2. Pack item (s) into a shipping box and address the return to the address below.
3. Put the RMA # on the shipping label so that the return can be processed more efficiently upon its arrival in our warehouse.
4. The product must be returned via regular mail or UPS, FedEx, or some other method. We will NOT refund the return shipping cost under any circumstance.
5. Do NOT affix any labels or stamps on the retail box of the product. Put all shipping labels and stamps on the outside of the shipping box. (The original shipping box may be used for the return) 

Products which are refused or not claimed after shipment will still be assessed a shipping fee. Products delivered to an incorrect address will still be charged for shipping if the address is the one given to ship to. 

Items without a shipping charge will have our standard rates deducted upon return of the item. Any prepaid lables sent will be deducted from the amount returned.

Once the return has been received and the product is inspected, you will be issued a refund within 48 hours.

For international orders (non US) delivery times and shipping charges vary depending on the item(s) and the destination. International orders usually range from 1-2 weeks to be delivered.

While both USPS and UPS publish delivery times, we can NOT guarantee any delivery time. Once a package leaves our warehouse it is up to the respective mail carrier to deliver your package. Q: What if I accidentally put the wrong shipping address in my order?

Returns and Refunds (Part II)

Items which cannot be returned include: 

  • products from orders older than 30 days
  • items demonstrating obvious signs of us
  • products NOT returned in the condition it was recieved
  • personal items which go in the hair, mouth, face, or any other areas of the body

Partial Refunds can be issued for the following items:

  • Any item showing obvious signs of use.
  • Any CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened/taken out of its plastic wrap.
  • Any item not returned in the condition it was received.

If you received a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same item please contact us via telephone or email (see Contact Us- It is Easy!!)

Opened and/or used items may be assessed a restock charge of up to 50% The restocking fee is dependent on the condition of the product. Please make sure the product, retail packaging, or any of the enclosed contents such as instructions, booklets, or additional pieces/features show NO SIGN of USAGE upon returning the product back to our warehouse.

We do not enclose billing information in any of our packages, only a packing slip.

The packing slip includes the shippee and shipper's address, the name and quantity of the product ordered, and our company's contact information.
