We offer a stress and hassle 30 day return policy. All returns must be submitted in writing through your Amazon account return tab. We will then issue and RA number for you to write clearly on the outside of the package to ship back your item. (Please note it can take up to 2 business days to obtain your RA number). You will receive a refund less all shipping (if you received free shipping, the actual shipping cost of your specific order will be deducted) and a 10% re-stock fee will apply and also be deducted from the total amount refunded. All items must be in original sealed packaging not opened and back to us within 30 days of ordering. Please note for hygiene reasons and the health of our customers all head pieces and earrings are all sales final. Should an item be sent back to us opened and not in the original packaged condition it was sent in, you will be charged a restock fee to cover the actual cost of the item that we paid as it can not be resold (the item will then be donated). Please take the time to inspect at all head pieces (communion, veils, barrettes etc) and Earrings before opening up the package to check for damage while in transit to you. Any items that are damaged upon receipt, we will issue you an RA for a full refund and return shipping will be paid for as long as the items are shipped back in it's sealed packaging with all original tags in tact. All formal wear and special occasion outfits also all sales final. We guarantee all of our customers that our formal wear and special occasion outfits have never been exposed to pets or smoke to protect them from any potential health or allergy issues.
We hope you understand our return policies. We strive to be able to offer all of our customers a fair return policy while protecting customers. We do not want to re-ship and charge another customer for a product that was returned not properly to another customer that could potentially have been used, or could cause any potential allergy problem or hygiene issue.
