RANOGI cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us and you do so at your own risk.
We use a variety of information security measures to protect your online transactions with us. The RANOGI Amazon store uses an order system of Amazon.com, which can help us to manager your order. Actually we only collect your mail addresses. Starting from you receive your order, if you are satisfied and don’t need to return or refund in 30 days, we will delete your mail information from our system.
PROTECTING CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
We are committed to protecting children's privacy on the Internet and we do not knowingly collect personal mail information from children under the age of 13.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to the warehouse for a full refund (Ps:Returns must be unworn, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging). We believe that in order to have the best possible online shopping experience, our customers should not have to pay for domestic return shipping, but have to pay foreign return. So if for whatever reason you're not happy with your purchase, just go through our easy self-service return process in amazon.com - your domestic shipping costs are prepaid.
With RANOGI's 60 day return policy, there are no special catches or exceptions. All we ask is that you send the items back to us in the original packaging, and make sure that the merchandise is in the same condition.
Return With RANOGI - It's Easy:
•You can return your purchase for up to 60 days from the purchase date. If you purchase on 2/29 of a Leap Year, then you have until 4/30 the following season to return those orders. That's 2 whole months! Woot!
•Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.
•Return shipping is absolutely not FREE. You need to pay the return shipping fees.
•You will be provided with a pre-paid UPS domestic or USPS domestic label to return the purchase to us.
•Some items you may need to send back to the manufacturer or our factory.
•Once your return is received and inspected by the fulfillment centers (usually within 72 hours of receipt),your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
We don't charge any tax now.
But some countries may charge a customs import duty tax that you may have to pay, please check with your local customs office for further information.
