Holiday Return Extension - All purchases made between Oct. 25  and Dec. 25 will have until Feb. 1  to request an RMA# for an exchange or refund. All other return policies still apply.

Bag King allows 45 days from the delivery date to return an unused item. All items must be returned in the same condition as you received them ie. unused with tags attached. Once Bag King receives the return item(s), a refund will be applied to your credit card for the price of the item and any taxes. Please note that shipping charges will not be refunded.


In the event of an undeliverable shipment, incorrectly entering your shipping address, or a refused package, shipping charges will not be refunded and actual return shipping costs may be incurred.

Shipping Policies

How long will it take to receive my order?

All orders are normally shipped within 1 business day. If the item or items are small and weigh 2 lbs. or less such as fannypacks, we may choose to use US Priority Mail. Otherwise, all orders ship via UPS/FedEx Ground. This ranges from 1 to 5 business days. US Priority mail generally takes 3-4 days inside the United States. If an item you ordered is out of stock, we will inform you via email of the expected delay or provide you with other options.

Expedited Shipping:
