All of our products are Brand new and in original retail/box packaging, unless otherwise mentioned on the listing. After purchase, we will require the customer to deal directly with the particular manufacturer and their warranty policies.

In "some circumstances", at our own discretion, we do grant RMA for opened goods or seasonal items, an excessive restocking fee of up to 40% will be charged. Shipping and handling fees are the costs of us sending the product to you and will not be refunded.

Return for sealed merchandise are allowed within 15 days of delivery. Please email us to request RMA - return authorization. We charge a 15% restocking fee for "sealed merchandise returns" on items delivered within 15 days.

Damaged/DOA/Defective shipments reported within 7 days are immediately replaced free of charge (subject to stock availability). 

After the approval is sent, we will have to receive the item within the next 7 days. No refund/exchange will be made if the package is late without notice. 

All returns with missing part (including, but not limited to, original manufacturer packing materials) will not be processed until the part is received. 


We will not honor any return without if you did not get an RMA number beforehand.
