Exchange of Defective Product - We must be contacted within 14 calendar days from the delivery date. The RA# (Return Authorization number) will be provided at that time. After arrival and evaluation, a replacement will ship if the returned item is deemed defective. If not, it will be returned at the buyer's expense.

To return defective product, please ensure it is:

  1. Cosmetically new, with no signs of physical damage.
  2. Complete in the original undamaged box (no writing, tape, missing UPS/bar codes, etc.), with ALL original packaging materials (cardboard, plastic bags, etc.), accessories, paperwork/manuals, software and original BLANK warranty & registration cards/forms.
  3. Properly packed & returned inside a shipping box with the RA# written on the outside.
  4. Received within 7 days from the date the RA# is issued.

The return of defective merchandise will not be accepted for any reason beyond the 14 day contact period. After this time, the buyer will need to contact the manufacturer for warranty coverage. All new products will include the manufacturer's original USA warranty to cover any repair/replacement of parts deemed to be defective by the manufacturer.

Returns -

*The following cannot be returned: Product in sealed blister-pack packaging that has been opened, a printer with the inks installed, printer inks/paper that have been opened, hazardous materials such as Photographic Solutions Eclipse Cleaner & PEC-12 cleaner, and light sensitive materials such as Film and Photographic paper.

We must be contacted within 14 calendar days from the delivery date. An RA # will be issued at that time. The buyer will be responsible for the return shipping charges. Photoworld will not be held liable for the loss or damage of returned product.

To return merchandise, please ensure it is:

  1. Brand new & still in the unopened original sealed packaging as shipped to the buyer. If there is a Seal, it must not be broken!
  2. Complete in the original undamaged box (no writing, missing UPC/bar codes, etc,), with ALL original packaging materials (cardboard, plastic bags, etc.), accessories, paperwork/manuals, unopened software and original BLANK warranty & registration cards/forms if applicable.

A 20% restocking fee will be assessed upon refund if any of the above requirements are not met. The shipping charge is included in the price paid. Any refund issued will be minus the shipping fee we incurred to ship the order. If an item is returned either without our authorization or beyond our return time frame, a 20% restocking fee will be assessed.

DELIVERY ISSUES

Shipping Address  All items are shipped only to the address provided on the original Amazon order.    The purchaser is responsible for providing the correct address and assumes all responsibility for incorrectly entered addresses.    

Non Delivery - After shipment, Amazon will provide tracking information via email. The buyer is responsible for checking the tracking information provided.  If the package does not arrive by Amazon's required delivery date as indicated in your account summary, please promptly contact us.

Refused or Unclaimed Shipment - If delivery is refused by the intended recipient or remains unclaimed after a delivery attempt is made,  a refund will be issued minus the shipping fees which we incurred to ship to the buyer and return said unclaimed or refused package.   Refund will be made at the time the refused or unclaimed package is returned to us by the delivery service.

Undeliverable Shipment - If the package is undeliverable due to incorrect shipping information provided by the buyer, then the buyer will be responsible for all shipping costs incurred for the item being returned back to us and then reshipped back to the buyer. If a refund is preferred over resending the order, all shipping charges incurred for shipping to the buyer and all return shipping charges will be the responsibility of the buyer.

Damaged Package - Do not open if the package appears to be damaged upon arrival. Contact us immediately so we may promptly notify the shipping carrier. After evaluation and the product's return, a replacement or refund will be issued if the carrier determines damage was due to poor in-transit handling.
