NUTRITIONAL SUPPLEMENTS
Should you decide that you do not wish to use or keep one of our nutritional
supplement products, please contact us within 30 days of your having received
the product. We'll provide you with instructions on how to return the unopened
container to us, and when your item is received in our warehouse for processing
we'll refund the purchase price of the item. Please note, we cannot accept
partially used product or opened containers for refund.
PERSONAL CARE PRODUCTS
On our consumable personal care products, we offer a 30-day return or refund under the following guidelines.
1. If the item arrived in unusable or damaged condition, we would
be happy to issue a full refund for the item or reship at the customer's
request.
2. If the item arrived in good condition but was judged unsatisfactory
prior to use, we accept a return at the customer's expense and will refund upon
receipt of the item.
3. If the item arrived in good condition but was judged
unsatisfactory after use, we do not accept returns or offer refunds.
On our durable personal care items, such as personal massagers and accessories,
we offer a 30-day return or refund under the following guidelines.
1. If the item arrived in non-functional condition, we would be
happy to issue a full refund for the item.
2. If the item arrived in good condition but was judged unsatisfactory
prior to use, we accept a return at the customer's expense and will refund upon
receipt of the item.
3. If the item arrived in good condition but was judged
unsatisfactory after use, we do not accept returns or offer refunds.
4. If the item arrived in usable condition but was damaged after
the customer employed the item, we do not offer a refund or return option.
Certain products may be covered by a manufacturer's warranty.
MISSHIPMENTS AND UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS
Occasionally, a customer may receive an item from us in error or in the wrong
quantity. Please contact us immediately so we can correct the mistake! We care
very much about meeting your needs and expectations and will do what is needed
to rectify the error.
In the case of a misshipment which is dispatched to an undesired, incorrect, or
undeliverable address because the order was submitted to us with an undesired
address, we refund the product's purchase less our shipping charge. Please
doublecheck your delivery address for completeness and accuracy at the time you
submit your order!
PLEASE NOTE: We currently ship via USPS only. Orders created with non-postal
delivery addresses may be returned to us, and our misshipment policy does
apply.
RESTOCKING FEES
On certain returns, it may be necessary to levy a restocking fee to cover the
cost of preparing the item for resale. The amount varies by item.

HOLIDAY SHIPPING SCHEDULE
We are committed to shipping your orders in time for the holidays, and understand that you are relying on us to deliver for you. In order to effectively inform our valued customers of our holiday closures, we're publishing our holidays here for your reference.
FULFILMENT BY AMAZON
Many of our products are stored and shipped by Amazon.com. These products are available for shipment according to Amazon’s shipping availability and in accordance with Amazon’s holiday shipping schedule.
NORMAL BUSINESS
There will be someone shipping and answering email during normal business hours, approximately 9-to-5 Pacific Standard Time M-F, with the holiday exceptions noted below. We do come in and work on the weekends and at night but it is not a scheduled practice.

Thursday November 28, Thanksgiving Day
Wednesday December 25, Christmas Day

THANKSGIVING WEEK
We will be open to take orders throughout the holiday. We will not be performing scheduled shipping Thanksgiving Day. We will ship out orders placed on Thanksgiving Day on Friday November 29th of this holiday period. All other orders placed over Thanksgiving Weekend will ship out Monday December 2nd(except in the case of out of stock items, as usual).
CHRISTMAS WEEK
We will be open to take orders throughout the holiday. We will not be performing scheduled shipping December 25. We will make a special effort to develop rush-shipping options as the holiday approaches.
CHRISTMAS SHIPPING CUTOFFS
Our expedited shipping cutoff is 5:00 pm Pacific time, Thursday December 18; this will cover orders placed up to about 3:00 pm Pacific. We will suspend expedited shipping options until after the New Year Holiday. We still expect to ship most orders on a next-business day basis.
Standard Shipping: USPS with tracking. Up to seven business days in the US. We suggest ordering for standard shipping by December 12, as holiday delays may affect first class mail.
Please note, we do not offer gift services options.
Deliveries to military addresses may incur additional time.
NEW YEAR'S WEEK
We will be open to take orders throughout the holiday. We will be shipping on December 30 and 31. We will resume regular shipping schedules and hours on the day following New Year's Day.

SHIPPING FEES

We ship most domestic orders via USPS First Class Mail & Priority. Expedited domestic
orders are sent via USPS Express Mail. Certain very large domestic orders may
ship via Parcel Post.
Domestic base rates are $6.99 per order with an additional $0.99 per-item fee.
We do not currently offer international shipping options.
BARGAIN-PRICED ITEMS
We have chosen to make a range of items available to our customers at very low
prices. In most cases, these listings represent a fraction of the original cost
of the item to us. However, the total amount for these orders which our
customers pay includes a reasonable shipping fee, as specified in our shipping
policies. This amount does not vary for any of our items. Bargain-priced items
incur the same shipping charges as our regularly-priced retail merchandise, and
sometimes this is surprising for our customers. We cannot make adjustments to our
shipping policies with regard to our bargain-priced listings.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We do not currently offer international shipping options.

Q: Why can't I use my gift certificate on an order?
We regret that we can only honor gift certificates that we have issued. Those from other retailers cannot be applied to products ordered from us.
Q: Why doesn't your company ship to prisons?
Most prison authorities intercept and reject our products, but do so with no great haste. This generates frustration for our customer, who cannot learn the disposition of the order until the item is returned to us, and we refund the order. We encourage our customers who wish to provide our products to an incarcerated individual to do so directly.
