Shipping Policies

Koskowski Automotive, LLC ships orders that are placed before 3 PM EST the same day they are ordered.  Orders placed after 3 PM EST are shipped the next day.  Our system is automated and we ship as fast as possible. That being said, in most cases, once your order is placed, it is processed in minutes and we will not be able to change your shipping address or cancel the order.  Please be sure you have ordered the correct part and have the correct shipping address. If you have any question prior to ordering, contact us and we will assist you.

Koskowski Automotive, LLC ships our items using Fed Ex or USPS depending on the situation.  Once the item leaves, we have no control over the shipping time, so we put our best foot forward and ship the items as soon as we can.  If there are any problems, we will notify the buyer as soon as possible.

 A: Unless otherwise stated, the part pictured in the listing is the part you will receive when selecting the "buy it now" button.

 A: We have a computerized interchange data system. Interchange assists us in supplying our customers with the correct part that they require when the identical vehicle is not available as a donor. Interchange is a listing of the different vehicles and years that a specific part has been used in.

 A: Please read the description of each item you are interested in. We try to describe the interchange for each part listed. If there is something you feel we missed, email us or give us a call! If you need a part that is not listed in our store, call or email us also!

 A: We are hard at work trying to list items in our Amazon store and website as well. That being said, it is a huge amount of inventory to be placed online the way we would like to do it and it will be a bit before we can have that accomplished. Give us a call for your part needs! We have many parts available that have not been listed yet!
