We offer Standard, Expedited, Second and Next Day Air options. Please allow 1-2 business days for all orders to be processed (unless noted otherwise).

Can you reroute my package to a different address or place it on hold with UPS?
Unfortunately, for high value orders we are only able to ship to the
address on the order which was verified by Amazon.com. We are not able
to reroute packages to an alternate address or have the item(s) placed
on hold at a UPS facility.
Why is my USPS tracking number is not able to be tracked?
Rest assured, despite the tracking number yielding no results within a few days of your shipment notification your order is on the way and will be delivered within the advertised delivery time.
Some of the small items we advertise ship out via UPS Mail Innovations. This is a UPS service that picks up your package and gives it to USPS to deliver to you.
Tracking for your package is available at UPS' website which is also updated faster than USPS' website. We would recommend using this site to track your order quickly.
