  •  There is no return acceptable, if the phone has been any physical damaged, even though within 14 days return period. There would be buyer’s own expense to have it return back to buyer again. (It is not our response to fix the issue that was caused by buyer; buyer is response for any cost if we willing to try to fix for buyer, and we do not taking any responsibility for any damaged to the product during fixing process for buyer's damaged product)
  •  50% restocking fee will be charger, if buyer returning phone not as brand new condition and not in resell able condition , such as missing plastic bag, phone’s life time minute has been used more than 30 minutes, writing on the box, screen protector is missing on the screen, missing accessories, etc.
  • 10% restocking fee (or $25 minimum) if the phone total value is less than $200) will be charge, if package returning back to seller as not deliverable, buyer refuse to sign for the package, wrong address etc. . .
 ***All unlocked phone's feature is not 100% guarantee suitable to all locked same network frequency carrier.  Due to every carrier has their own network frequency and setting on their features. Please kindly check out if the phone's 2G, 3G or 4G suitable for your phone carrier, before place the order.

Q: Any cost to buyer, if buyer refuses to accept the package, or no one to receive it after shopEbest.com ship it out?
A: There is 10% of restocking fee from the total of the order.

Q: How much restocking fee for buyer, who returned item back after the phone feature not 100% suitable (able to use) to their phone service provider?

It is buyer's responsibility to check if the phone suitable with their phone service provider.  Shopebest.com will charge 20% of restocking fee if the returned phone is within our returned policy quality.  And have to be returned within 3 days after the phone delivery.

Q: What happen if seller sent the wrong items that are not buyer order?
