If you require expedited shipping (overnight priority, overnight standard, 2nd day, 3rd day express) please contact us immediately. Most packages arrive at their destination within 1-2 days, 2-4 on either coast.
Shipping rates depend on the selected shipping speed and weight/size of the items.

All orders will ship USPS First Class, Priority, or FedEx Ground from Northern Illinois. If you require expedited shipping on your order, please call us with your 17 digit order number, or if you do not have one, your full shipping address. Additional fees will apply for expedited shipping.

Q: Do you accept returns?
A: You can return your product in its original package and condition. Any item(s) being returned not due to our error will be assessed a 25% restocking fee.
Q: What shipping methods do you offer?
A: We ship via USPS Parcel Post, First Class, Priority or FedEx Ground. Please call for expedited shipping methods.
Q: My order shipped and my address provided is wrong, what do I do? Missing apartment/suite number?
A: You must contact us immediately with the address change. Once the package leaves our warehouse, we are not responsible for lost packages with an incorrect/incomplete address.
Q: Can you ship syringes or needles to my state? Catheters?
A: If the shipping address is located in Illinois, we require a valid state medical license. Any orders for catheters, no matter their location, require a medical license from their respective state. An e-mail will be sent to you within 1 business day of ordering this type of product (excluding weekends); any orders without a license after 4 days will be canceled. Please contact us for additional information.
Q: What if I ordered the wrong size scrub?
A: You may either return the merchandise for a refund (less shipping), or an exchange. We require the buyer provide us a major credit card or paypal e-mail address for the re-ship fee. Any order without this information will be held.
Q: Will you ship outside the contiguous United States?
A: At this time, we are limiting our shipments to the lower 48 states.
Q: Will I receive a tracking number for my order?
A: Yes. Most orders ship out same day using the methods above. Once a package ships, we will provide Amazon the tracking number(s) for the order. Please do not e-mail us for a tracking number, as we are restricted from providing this information via e-mail.
