Any returned merchandise that is damaged through customer misuse, is missing parts, or is in unsellable condition due to customer tampering may result in the customer being charged a higher restocking fee (up to 100%) based on the condition of the returned product.


All returned merchandise must be in the original packaging with the UPC or bar code intact, and all components, manuals and registration card(s) included. Products using accessories such as toner, ink cartridges, media, batteries, film, etc. must be returned with the factory-sealed accessory. Product that is returned incomplete, or damaged, (if accepted) will require a deduction. This deduction is final.



Note:
1. Shipping and handling charges for returning items shipped by Bowtiebox are borne by the buyer.
2. Items valued at over $75 must be returned to the seller with a trackable shipping service. If the order is valued at $100 or more, insure the shipment for the value of the merchandise and ship your return with a signature shipping service. For items below $75, we suggest USPS delivery confirmation service.
3. If a package doesn't arrive and you don't use a trackable method to return or if you refuse the shipment as a method of return, Amazon may not be able to cover you under the A-to-z Guarantee

[Requirements for a Full Refund]

1. Items must be in new condition
2. Items must be returned with all original packaging and accessories
3. Media items (for example, movies, music, video games, and software) must be unopened and still in their plastic wrap
4. Musical instruments, televisions, and consumer electronics must have a UPC or serial number
5. Return request must be filed within 15 days of delivery
6. Unless defective, an up to 30% restocking fee will be charged for all returned opened merchandise.

If you have merchandise that is malfunctioning or seems to be defective, we will do our best to help you obtain technical support from the manufacturer or make arrangements to repair the product. [Bowtiebox Return Procedure]

To return a product, please follow the steps outlined below.
1. Obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#) within 15 days of the original ship date through Amazon.com
2. Please provide the following information when requesting a Return Authorization #: Original order number (located on packing slip), name of product being returned, reason for return, your name, daytime telephone number and e-mail address.
3. Verify that all merchandise is in the original packaging with the UPC or bar code intact, and that all components, manuals, cables, and accessories are included.
4. For your protection, use a "traceable" ground shipping method.
5. Please ship the return merchandise to "8863 Greenback Ln #172, Orangevale, CA 95662" or follow the instructions through Amazon return center.
6. Return the merchandise within 15 days of issuance of the RA#. Print the Return Authorization # clearly on the outside of the package. PACKAGES WITHOUT A Return Authorization # WILL BE RETURNED TO THE SENDER.
