All orders including Express or Expedited are delivered within normal business days. Our regular business hours are from Monday through Friday only from 8:00am - 5:00pm PST; therefore we do not deliver on weekends or Holidays.

All orders are processed within 24-48 hours, therefore if you need the item sooner, please order it earlier or choose the fastest shipping option so will get your order as soon as possible.

Cancellation Policy:
Please be sure that you want to make the purchase before submitting the order. If you wish to cancel an order that has already been placed you are required to contact us immediately. Please note that cancellations are not guaranteed therefore it is important to contact us. If you contact us “before” the item has been processed, then the order can be cancelled and you will not incur any charges or fees. If you contact us “after” the order has been processed, then you will be unable to cancel the order. Once item is returned due to these reasons, a 15% restocking fee will be applied and return shipping cost has to be borne by the customer.

For Buyer's Remorse Unopened/ Unused Items: (wrongly ordered item/ no longer needed or wanted, or reason not related to item defect)

It can be returned to us for a refund within 30 days from the date of delivery which may or may not be subject to up to 15% restocking fee and return shipping cost has to be borne by the customer.We do not accept any opened or used items even if the item has been wrongly ordered by you. 

Please note: Cost of shipping is non-refundable for returns. We will be deducting the shipping cost from the refund, if applicable.

Defective Products
If you received a defective item, credit or replacement will be offered within 30 days upon receipt of order.
In case the item is out of stock or not available for any reason, credit will apply.
Item claimed as defective but is proven to be in good working condition will be returned to the customer at customer's expense.

Package Damage in Transit:
Package arrived damage in transit must be reported to us within 7 days from the date of delivery (subject to us verifying the damage) for us to file a damage in transit claim to the carrier. Item confirmed to be damage in transit is eligible for credit or replacement. 

Package Lost in Transit:
If package was reported to be lost, a tracer investigation will be filed to the carrier. Please note that it takes 5-8 business days to get the result. Soon as we get the result of the investigation, we will get in contact with you for proper resolution. Item confirmed to be lost in transit is eligible for credit or replacement. 

RMA No. is required for all Returns:
Customer must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number from Supersaver before returning the item.
All returns must be labeled with RMA # and the detailed return reason.
Please note that RMA does not guarantee final disposition.
Costumer is responsible for all shipping charges.

Item Inspection:
All returns are subject to inspection
All goods are visually inspected upon receipt prior to the issuance of any refunds or exchanges.
All items must be wearing the original packaging, black warranty cards, manual and accessories, otherwise additional charges shall apply at our discretion.

Refunds:
All refunds are processed once the item reached our warehouse and after an inspection has been made. Upon inspection, if any item is found opened, used, non-defective or non-damaged, then additional charges shall apply at our discretion.
Please allow us 3-7 business days to process your refund after the item is received by us.
