- Item(s) must be in brand new and unused condition in the original packaging.
- All item(s) must be returned with ALL manufacturers tags attached that it came with.
- Footwear Returns – Please do not put any labels or packaging tape on the actual manufacturers shoe box as we will not be able to accept this kind of return for any refund. All shoes must be shipped back in a secure shipping box in the same order as which it was received.
We will refund your original payment method less any original shipping costs. For orders that were shipped FREE, a return shipping, handling, & restocking fee of up to $10 will be deducted (prior to adding the deduction for the cost of the shipping label that Amazon provided to you, which will also be deducted from the item’s price).
REFUSED PACKAGES & UNDELIVERABLE SHIPPING
If you refuse a delivery or provide an incorrect delivery address, you will be responsible for shipping charges both ways. Please note that a refund will be issued for the cost of the product only. You will NOT be reimbursed for the shipping charges. For orders shipped FREE a return shipping, handling, & restocking fee of $10 will be deducted.

HOW TO SEND AN ITEM BACK
Amazon will provide a Prepaid Return Label on certain purchases and the cost of the label will be deducted from the refund amount. The label provided by Amazon will include all the necessary information for us to process your return but please check the label and paperwork for accuracy by making sure that it includes the order # and the correct return address.
For purchases that do not receive a Prepaid Return Label, you are responsible for the return shipping cost. You may use any shipper you would like, but we recommend purchasing tracking and insurance, as we aren't responsible for lost return shipments. Make sure to ship properly to avoid damage during shipping. Items worn, altered or damaged will not be refunded.

Regular Freight - Whenever possible we will ship smaller, lighter items via UPS. Depending on how close you are to the shipping warehouse, your item will arrive between 1 and 7 business days after it leaves our warehouse. We do not require an adult signature for deliveries, but please note that the decision to leave your package without a signature is at the discretion of the shipping company.
Damaged Shipments- All shipments must be thoroughly inspected at time of delivery before signing for the product. The driver is required to wait while you inspect the product.
Visible Damage - If upon receipt of your package you see visible damage, or suspect concealed damage, you must carefully unpack and inspect the product before signing the bill of lading. If you determine the product is damaged, please reject the shipment. If you find the item to be in satisfactory condition, you should accept the item and make note of the visible damage on the bill of lading. Please call our customer service department at 1-888-4-SNDKIDS (1-888-476-3543) and let us know immediately. Your replacement will be shipped as soon as possible, usually within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) for shipments that have been refused by the buyer.
Concealed Damage - If your item has concealed damage and you did not make a note on the bill of lading, you MUST contact our customer service department at 1-888-4-SNDKIDS (1-888-476-3543) within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). Shipments that have been accepted, but have concealed damage will take longer. These shipments may require an inspection by the freight company. Replacements for these shipments will be made after the inspection has been accepted by the freight company.
Refusal of Delivery - If an order is refused NOT due to damage, but because the customer has decided that the shipment is not needed, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs back to S&D Kids and any other costs that occur during the delivery process.
Damaged/Lost Merchandise - S&D Kids is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during the shipping process. The customer is responsible for contacting S&D Kids and we will contact the shipping carrier regarding lost or damaged packages. S&D Kids is unable to accept cancellations as a result of damaged or lost merchandise.
Defective - S&D Kids is committed to providing top quality merchandise and will work closely with our manufacturers to ensure product integrity. However, should you receive an item that is defective, please contact the appropriate manufacturer directly for all product warranties, defects and repair issues.
