Returns

All new products come with the full manufacturer’s
warranty.
If you're not happy, in most cases, just send it back, packaged and complete, with tracking, just as you received it, in original condition, within thirty days of receiving it, and receive a full refund, including original destination shipping, no questions asked.
Excluded from this policy of course, are personal use items like harmonicas, melodicas, recorders,
kazoos, reeds, strings, etc., opened copyable items like software, sheet music, etc.,
or if noted otherwise in the listing.
Please contact us for approval prior to returning an item, and get a tracking number on your package, just as we do when we ship the order to you, so everyone knows where it is while in transit
