Returning Your Item(s)

You may return item(s) within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Item(s) should be returned in their original product packaging. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Just contact us at 1-1-877-300-2951or email us at CustomerService@altiaproducts.com and include a contact phone number, to obtain an RMA number.

You should expect to receive your refund within 24 business hours after we receive your item(s). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item(s).

Calculating Your Refund

A full product refund will be issued for new, unopened item(s) returned within 30 days of delivery.  Partial refunds are based under the following conditions/exceptions:

Partial refunds:

  • Any opened item(s) returned within 30 days: 15% restocking fee.
  • Any item that has been installed or is not in its original condition: 20% restocking fee.
  • Any item(s) that does not contain original packaging, manuals, hardware and accessories: 20% restocking fee plus any fee associated with replacement of the missing item(s).

Exchanges/Defective Item(s)

If you received a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at 1-877-300-2951 or email us at CustomerService@altiaproducts.com and include a contact phone number, to obtain an RMA number and prepaid label. A replacement item will be shipped out immediately after confirmation that the defective item is on its way back to us. All returned defective item(s) will be fully inspected. Item(s) that are not defective are subject to the standard return policy as well as the shipping cost which will be deducted from your refund.

If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please return the original item by requesting an RMA number by following the instructions above (you will be refunded your original purchase price once we receive the item) and place another order for the item you wish to purchase. You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item before placing the new order.
