Shipping rates depend on the selected shipping speed and weight/size of the items.

-All orders usually take up to 2 business days to process. Items ordered after 1pm PST will not be processed till the following business day. Orders placed after Friday 1pm PST, or anytime Saturday or Sunday, will be processed the following business day.
-All items are shipped Monday - Friday only. Any items ordered on weekends or holidays will ship out the following business day.
-APO and FPO will be shipped via FEDEX Smart Post which may take up to 30 days to deliver.
-Shipments to PO Boxes are not available.
-All other domestic shipping will be sent at our discretion via UPS, FEDEX, or USPS
-Shipping to Canada is via UPS or FEDEX.
-All international orders will be marked as "SOLD" and the actual purchase price will be declared. No exceptions to this policy as this is federal law.
- ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS WILL INCUR CUSTOMS FEES WHICH ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER. Please check with your regional Customs office for any fees that you may incur. If the item is refused by the recipient the return charges and the customs and duty fees will be deducted from the refund once item is received. If the return shipping charges exceed the price of the item we will abandon the package and no refund will be issued.
- Currently we do not ship to Russia and Brazil. All orders will be canceled and refunded immediately.

A: We guarantee the authenticity of all our items. If you are unsatisfied in any manner we do offer a 14 day return policy so there is no risk.
Q: How much will shipping be if I buy more than 2 or more items?
A: Domestic is $10 for the first item and $5 each additional
International is $49 for the first item and $20 each additional
Q: Do you offer cheaper international shipping methods?
A: No, we are sorry but we only ship via FedEx international and all items are marked as "SOLD" with the actual purchase price. There are no exceptions to this policy as this is Federal Law.
Q: Can i pick up the item from you?
A: We are sorry but we do not offer local pick-up.
Q: Can you measure the insole/width/length of the shoe?
A: We are sorry but we cannot accommodate your request as our warehouse and offices are in separate locations.
Q: Can you ship to a different address?
A: We cannot ship to any address other than the original one provided in the transaction. The only option you have is if we cancel your order and you purchase the item again. Please let us know how to proceed as your item will not ship till we get a response.
