There is a 15% restocking fee for all wooden food and accessories from our Kitchen Play area, unless we are responsible for the return.
Moolka reserves the right to refuse returned merchandise if we do not receive the merchandise in original condition. In such a case, the items will be returned to you. If the shipment is rejected, we reserve the right to liquidate the inventory and withhold credit. All costs related to the return must be paid by the customer.
How do I send something back?
Before returning any item(s), please email our customer service department at email@example.com for a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Include the order number, name, address and identify the item(s) you'd like to return. Once you receive an authorization number, you can send the item(s) to the following address:

- Standard shipping (not oversized items) to Continental US:
- Order total $60 or more: FREE
- Order total less than $60: Flat reate of $4.95
- Oversized and special order items:
- Depending on the item size and weight, the shipping surcharge will be added during checkout process.

We calculate the order total after all discounts, promotions and coupons are

If we receive your order by 12p.m. PST, we'll ship it that day. Orders received after 12p.m. PST will ship the next business day. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or on a U.S. national holiday will ship the next business day.
What if I supplied an incorrect shipping address?
We do not assume responsibility for orders with incorrect shipping addresses. If an order is returned to us as undeliverable, we will charge the billing party any fees assessed by the shipping company.

We only are required to collect sales tax for shipments going to California. No sales tax is charged for any other state or territory.
