MountGuys Shipping Rates
Shipping rates depend on the selected shipping speed and weight/size of the items.
To determine the applicable shipping rate for items in your Cart:
- Select Proceed to Checkout
- Select or add your shipping address
- Select a shipping speed and select Continue
- Select a payment method and select Continue
The total shipping & handling cost will be listed under Order Summary
Our standard domestic shipping rates cover insured, regular ground shipping throughout the USA and US territories. Most domestic orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. The US Postal Service is used for most orders. Larger orders are shipped by UPS. Most shipments take 2 to 7 business days to arrive depending on the destination and size of the order. We always use Delivery Confirmation which is scanned when your package is delivered.

Sales tax is not separately calculated and collected in connection with items ordered from MountGuys through the Amazon.com Site unless explicitly indicated as such in the ordering process. Items ordered from MountGuys may be subject to tax in certain states, based on the state to which the order is shipped. If an item is subject to sales tax, in accordance with state tax laws, the tax is generally calculated on the total selling price of each individual item, including shipping and handling charges, gift-wrap charges and other service charges, less any applicable discounts. If tax is separately calculated and collected in connection with items ordered from MountGuys through the Amazon.com Site, the tax amounts that appear during the ordering process are estimated - the actual taxes that will be charged to your credit card will be calculated at the time your order is processed and will appear in your order confirmation notification.
What are your return policies?
We understand that some items look great on the site but when applied might not be exactly what you need. If returned in new condition, we offer a full refund minus the shipping charge. Returns can be made within 30 days of the shipping date. The merchandise must be returned in brand new condition. All returns require an RA#. You may request an RA# by emailing us.
How will I get my refund?
You can expect a refund within 7 to 14 business days after we receive your return. You will receive an email from us after we process your return. Shipping charges are not refundable.
Will MountGuys replace defective items?
We will replace defective items with the same or similar item only, within 30 days from the shipment date. Defective replacements are shipped via Standard Ground shipping. After 30 days from the shipment date, the terms of the manufacturer warranty will apply and you should contact them directly for repair. All defective returns are thoroughly tested to verify the defect - if the defect cannot be verified, your item will be returned to you.
May I exchange my item for a different one?
Yes, within the 30 day return period, you may return that item for an exchange with a different item. To exchange an item, request an RA# for the original item and return it to us.
Who pays to return a defective item?
Unless the return is the result of our shipping error, MountGuys shares in the shipping costs for defective items. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the defective item(s) to us, and we will then ship the replacement item to you at no cost.
How do I ship the returned items?
Pack the items well. Typically you can use the box we used to ship your items to you. Please note that we are not responsible for any loss or damage to the product during return shipping to us. Please ensure the RA# is written on the outside of the box to expedite your return. You may initiate a return through the Amazon returns process.

We use USPS and UPS.
