1). What is Robb's Entertainment Club™?

A). We're a New York based entertainment club. We buy, sell, rent, and trade video games, comic books, etc. We're also partners in an awesome comic book review show on ROBB TV™ called R.E.C (Review Epic Comics). You should definitely check it out.

2). Do you guys do price match?

A). It totally depends on the product hombre.

3). When will my order arrive?

A). We try our best to ship out orders the very same day the order was placed courtesy of ROBB XPRESS™. Although we cannot guarantee specific shipping times we can and will give you an approximate like five (5) to seven (7) from the day the order was placed. Excluding any and all holidays of course. We really wish we had the road runner though.

4). What is your return policy?

A) All sales are final.

5). I want to trade in my video games/comic books/etc; how much would I get for it?

A). That depends on a variety of factors mi amigo; condition, edition, etc. Email us to talk some more.

6). Do you guys have Facebook/Twitter?

A). We sure do.

7). Do you guys ship "extras" with orders?

A). Hmmm. Stickers, buttons, t-shirts, posters, etc. That kind of "extras"? Well, we take care of our customers. :-)
