Shipping days are Monday through Friday, excluding Saturday, Sunday and Holidays declared by the USPS. Your order will be shipped out within 1-2 business days, unless otherwise stated in your order.
ADDRESS: Please ensure your shipping address is deliverable by USPS (the post office), and address name is correct. We may charge shipping fee for second delivery if the package is return to us.
Shipping rates depend on the selected shipping speed and weight/size of the items.

Why does my order still shows "Electronic Shipping Info Received" or "Carrier Notified to Pick-up"? Have you submitted my order to the carrier?
Due to bulk shipments submitting to USPS, some shipment may show status: "Electronic Shipping Info Received" or "Carrier Notified to Pick-up" due to USPS is unable to scan all packages. Your package is already accepted/pick-up by the carrier for mailing.
Why is my international shipment taking so long?
International shipments are beyond our control. There are custom authorities involved in this process, which we are unable to doing anything to expedite it. Most of the time, custom clearing process is delaying the shipment. Once your country's custom clears the package, it will pass to your local mailing agent for delivery.
So, how soon I can expect to see my international order?
On average, between 2-3 weeks. Some country may takes up to 1 month for final delivery.
Please confirm your address again, get your order number, and write to us immediately and contact your local post office with your tracking number. Although at most situation, package may show up 1-2 days later, but you are welcome to contact us so that we are informed about the shipping problem.
