Skque Products Return and Refund Policy

The staff here at Skque Products is bound to uphold the A-Z guarantee provided by Amazon. We will try our very best to process any of your return or exchange requests in a timely manner. Please make sure your request meets the stated policies below.

At this time Skque Products does not refund any orders that are shipped in a timely manner and include the items as described. (Ex. Buyer's remorse, accidental purchases, etc.) You have 30 days upon receiving an incorrect or defective item to contacts us at Skque Products for a refund or exchange.

Defective, missing, or wrong item:

Skque Products will exchange or accept return/refund for any item that does not arrive or breaks within 30 days of arrival. If any of these circumstances arise, please contact Skque Products Customer Service as soon as possible.

Any refund or exchange requests made outside of the allotted time frame will be denied.

To process your order for a refund or exchange, please Contact Us by email. Be sure to include your order or invoice number as well as describe the type of RMA you wish to process. Include any details you think will help Skque Products process your request quickly.

Skque Products offers our customers a 30-day (30 days from the original invoice date) satisfaction replacement or refund guarantee on all purchases, with the following exceptions noted below. Each product will follow its own manufacturer warranty after 30-days.

• CPU / Memory / Refurbished Products

All OEM Processors, Memory, and refurbished computer products carry a 7 day refund policy.

• Non-Returnable Items

Due to manufacturer's policies, Skque Products cannot accept refunds or returns on All Software, Cell Phones, Game Titles, Retail Boxed Processors, Notebooks, Blank Media and Blank Cartridges, Camcorders, Printer Cartridges, Notebook Batteries, Liquid Cooling Products, Minolta, QMS, Cisco, IBM, Sony, Intel, Tektronix, NEC and Hewlett Packard products. Defective merchandise can be returned to the manufacturer directly.

• iHerb™ consumable products

Skque Products is currently offering trademarked iHerb™ consumable products. These include both nutritional supplements and other healthy products. Due to the nature of these products, Skque Products may choose to allow or deny a return request based on the following: (1) In order to return, the product must be completely unused and unopen; (2) All factory seals must remain intact; (3) Skque Products reserves the right to deny the return if a problem is found upon inspection. Customer agrees to these stipulations and acknowledges that the item may not be allowed to be returned when making purchase.

• Bulk Items

We are unable to accept Bulk Items for return or replacement (including but not limited to such items as Air Conditioners, Televisions and LCD Displays 24 inches and larger). Items may be returned direct to the manufacturer for defective replacements. We urge you to examine your product upon arrival to ensure appropriate condition, before signing for the package.

• Computer Cases (Chassis) 

Due to manufacturer's policies, Skque Products cannot accept refunds on Computer Chassis'(cases) and Super micro products. Defective Computer Chassis'(cases) and Super micro products are however eligible for replacements during the applicable warranty period.

Computer Systems built by Skque Products

Computer Systems assembled by Skque Products carry their own individual manufacturer warranties after 30 days.

• LCD Monitor Dead Pixel Policy

There must be a minimum of 7 dead pixels to classify an LCD display as defective and be eligible for return. 

However, to take advantage of Skque Product's return guarantee policy, Customer agrees to comply with Skque Product's Product Return Procedure a set forth below. Any breach of Skque Product's Return Policy Procedure will result in the loss of Skque Product's replacement/return guarantee. Furthermore, all return shipments not in compliance with these instructions will be rejected.

• Product Return Procedure: 

To return a product based upon Skque Product's replacement/return guarantee, you must call or e-mail our Returns Department and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") number within the guarantee return period for the product (described above). Global Price will not accept returns without prior authorization and an RMA number. Once issued, RMA numbers are valid for 15 days in which must be returned to Skque Products. RMA numbers will not be extended or reissued. Customer should prominently display the RMA number(s) on the shipping label of boxes containing the returned product.

Customer is solely responsible for shipping any returned product to Skque Products. Customer agrees to use only reputable carriers capable of providing proof of delivery and insurance for the entire value of the shipment. Customer agrees to bear all shipping charges and all risk of loss for the return product during shipment. Customer agrees that all returned products will be 100% complete, in re-saleable condition, and will include the original packaging material, manuals, blank warranty cards, and other accessories provided by the manufacturer. If any component of the returned product is missing, Skque Product's Return Procedure will be breached and Skque Products will reject the entire return or may choose to impose additional charges against the customer for replacement of the missing component.

Skque Products will not refund to Customer the original shipping charges. In addition, Skque Products will assess a 25% restocking fee against the Customer's account on all non-defective returns for refund.

Products being returned for a refund must be received by Skque Products prior to 30 days from the original invoice date. Returns received after the 30 day return period will no longer be eligible for refund.

• Physical Damage

We will not accept any item that has physical damage. Physical damage is any damage that is not caused by any normal wear and tear. If we receive an item that is physically damaged, it will be returned to the buyer at their expense. 

The most common forms of physical damage we receive are from CPU and motherboards returns caused by incorrect installation. Please understand that these are policies established by the manufacturer and some of the definitions below were taken directly from them:

• CPU - Overclocking

Over clocking or improper installation of CPU may result in chips or burns. All CPU that are chipped, burnt or have bent or broken pins are considered physically damaged and are not eligible for replacement or refund. Also, please be careful not to over apply thermal paste to your CPU or heatsink. Any paste appearing on CPU pins is also considered physical damage and is ineligible for return.

• CPU - Bent pins

When pins are bent, the processor cannot be inserted into the socket on the motherboard. The damage may be caused by mishandling the processor, improper removal of the processor from the shipping material, or incorrect insertion into the processor socket. This is considered physical damage and is ineligible for return

• CPU - Thermal Paste on the Pins

Foreign material such as thermal paste on a component prevents reliable connectivity between the motherboard and CPU. This is considered physical damage and is ineligible for return

• Motherboard Return Policy

Physically damaged motherboards will be denied and will be shipped back to the buyer at their own expense. Physical damage includes chips, burns, scratches, thermal paste in the CPU socket, bent pins, etc. Please note that any scrapes to the metal around the screw holes caused by over tightening of case screws is also considered physical damage so please be careful when installing your motherboard.

• Motherboard - Bent pins

When pins are bent, the processor cannot be inserted into the socket on the motherboard. The damage may be caused by mishandling the processor, improper removal of the processor from the shipping material, or incorrect insertion into the processor socket. This is considered physical damage and is ineligible for return. 

• Motherboard - Thermal Paste on the Pins

Foreign material such as thermal paste on a component prevents reliable connectivity between the motherboard and CPU. This is considered physical damage and is ineligible for return. 

• Motherboard Screwdriver Damage

Screwdrivers used during integration or installation may slip and strike motherboard components causing damage leading to system failure. This can also happen around mounting holes caused by over tightening of case screws. This is considered physical damage and is ineligible for return. 

• Motherboard Trace Damage

A damaged or cut trace on a motherboard may cause the system to fail. Damage to traces may occur around mounting holes and around heat sink assemblies. They may also occur on the secondary side (back) of the motherboard. This is considered physical damage and is ineligible for return. 

• Motherboard Corrosion

A chemical action destroys a metal surface through oxidation, electrolysis, or contamination. Corrosion may prevent connectivity causing a system to fail. This is considered physical damage and is ineligible for return.

• Balancing Wheel and Unicyle Electric Scooters

RETURN POLICY FOR SKQUE BALANCING WHEEL AND UNICYCLE ELECTRIC SCOOTERS 

All Balancing Wheel and Unicycle Electric Scooter products sold by Skque on have a specialized return policy on Amazon.com. 

These warranty period for these items is 30 days from the date the package is delivered. No returns after this 30-day window will be accepted. 

For Balancing Wheel and Unicycle Electric Scooter products, returns will be accepted for one reason only: if the item is found to be defective. Damage caused by the buyer due to misuse or wear and tear is not covered by warranty and all such return requests will be denied. No buyer’s remorse returns will be accepted for these items. 

The buyer must contact Skque Products through Amazon.com’s email system, notifying Skque Products that the item appears to be defective and providing a detailed explanation of the problem. Skque Products will provide technical support and attempt to resolve the problem quickly. If the problem persists, Skque Products will make arrangements with the buyer to have the item returned to Skque Products for a review. The buyer must include all of the parts and packaging that they received with the original shipment. 

Skque Products will provide an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) ID number for the return and specific return instructions. The buyer will be required to return the item within 5 calendar days of the RMA being issued. (Buyers may NOT return the item without first obtaining an RMA. No such returns will be accepted.) The buyer will pay all shipping costs for the return. (These charges may be reimbursed by Skque Products at a later time if the product is subsequently found to be defective as stated.) Skque Products recommends that buyers insure their return shipments with the shipping carrier and require Signature Confirmation, as Skque Products will not be responsible for any shipments that are mishandled or damaged by the shipping carrier. 

When the return is received, it will be examined by Skque Products’ technical support team. 

If the item is found to be defective, it will be repaired and available for return to the buyer if they wish. If the item is found to be defective, Skque Products will reimburse buyer for any shipping costs. If the item is found to be defective, the buyer may choose to be refunded rather than have the repaired item returned. 

If the item is found to be non-defective, buyer will not be reimbursed for any shipping costs. If the item is found to be non-defective, it will be returned to the buyer at the buyer’s expense.

Shipping Policies

Skque Products aims to ship your package within 5 business days. For standard shipping, the method is determined by the delivery destination, product type, as well as the package weight. The methods used are all proven shipping methods and ensure your package gets to you quickly and safely. (Skque Products currently also ships to US, US protectorates including Guam and Puerto Rico, AFO/FPO, and Canada)

Please note that Skque Products uses all its' resources to get your package shipped, but unforeseen circumstances can sometimes delay the shipping of your package. If at anytime you feel your package is taking longer than it should, please contact a customer service representative and we will not hesitate to assist you in resolving the issue.

*All shipping transit times are estimates only. These estimates do not include delays caused by unforeseeable reasons, such as weather, lost packages, returned packages, etc. It is possible for packages to arrive earlier than their estimated time-frames and equally possible for the opposite. Unfortunately, United Integral has little to no control over the package once we hand it over to the shipping carrier, but feel free to contact us if you have any inquiries.

**Whether or not tracking information is provided will depend on if you choose an expedited shipping method when available, or on the package's type, weight, and destination address. Some packages will receive partial tracking, this tracking method will only update the package's location until it is handed to the USPS. Once this occurs the package is no longer tracked.

Why hasn't my order arrived?
Please make sure to give a reasonable amount of time for the package to ship. Check the tracking information on your order for any status updates on the package's location. Expect a delay for any local bad weather or other conditions that can cause a delay in the delivery time.


My tracking says it was delivered, but I never received the package
Please check to make sure the package wasn't sent to a second unit or guest house. Check for a note from the shipping carrier explaining the attempted delivery of the package. Also try giving your local postal office a call to see if they have your package on hold for any reason.


I can't track my package
Make sure there is not an issue with the USPS website at the time you are trying to track the package. Sometimes Skque Products uses a third-party shipping carrier which delays updates on the USPS website, but not the package itself. International orders cannot be tracked, the number attached to your order is a Customs ID number not a tracking number. Please give international orders an extra amount of time to ship and pass through customs.


I got the wrong item or the item was broken
If the item you received is not the item you ordered, or the item you ordered was defective, please contact our customer service department to arrange an exchange for the correct item. Please look at our returns and refunds policy for further details regarding any RMA information.


Can I cancel my order?
If the product you purchased has not been shipped, we can cancel the order at no cost to you.If the order has already been processed or shipped, we will not be able to cancel the order. To properly get this refunded you will need to send the package back to Global Price, the order will be refunded minus the shipping costs. Please refer to the returns and refunds policy for further details.


There's an item missing from my order

Can I locally pick up my order?
