All order ship for FREE and insured with tracking number. We do NOT ship to PO Boxes, AK, HI, APO, AEO, and U.S. Territories. NO shipping outside the 48 contiguous United States. All orders aside from large size package ship via UPS or FedEx. Delivery time is 3 to 12 days. Larg size package ship via LTL Freight and delivery time is 3 to 14 days. LTL Freight will call the phone number you list on file to schedule delivery in advance. You can rest assured that your package will arrive in perfect condition and if it doesn't we will have the carrier pick-up the damaged or defective item and get a replacement sentout. We will assume the costs associated with doing so. If your item does arrive damaged or defective you must contact us within 30 days of purchase date to notify us so that we can initiate the replacement process.

A 15% restocking fees will apply). All returned merchandise must be free from damage of any kind, and be in its original factory box with all original packing materials, warranty cards, manuals, accessories, UPC label intact, and any other included materials.

We are committed to ship your order as quickly as possible and we cannot hold orders before processing. Therefore, we can not modify or cancel an order once the order has been placed.
