Shipping Policies

We usually ship same business day for all orders placed before 2 p.m. CST, Monday to Friday. Amazon and other online retailers generally need at least 3 hours to run your order through processing, verification and security routines. Therefore orders placed after 2 p.m. CST will be shipped the following business day. 

We ship with USPS as a fast, reliable, economic and safe way for delivery of our products. All orders carry a tracking number. 

For standard shipping, USPS needs 2-6 business days to continental USA destinations and 4-14 business days for international destinations (shipping to Europe, Canada and South/Latin America is very prompt). Expedited orders have faster delivery times.

Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday, as well as orders placed on US National Holidays, will be shipped on the first following USPS business day.

Do you accept return?

In full accord with Amazon policy we DO NOT accept returns of any media based items. Once opened, the media-based items (software, games, royalty-free titles etc.) are subjected to WARRANTY coverage only.  


Return and Exchange Policy

 

Original Receipt


The original receipt, gift receipt, packing slip and transaction(order) ID is required for all returns and exchanges.

 


Return merchandise authorization (RMA)


Customer must request and obtain return merchandise authorization (RMA) for all authorized returns.

All unauthorized returned without RMA will be immediately denied or discarded.

 


Insurance and Tracking ID.


All returned shipments must be insured for the full value of the merchandize and have tracking number.

Return shipments arrived without proper insurance or tracking number will be immediately denied or discarded.

Returns by Mail


You can return online purchases through the mail. To return your online purchase by mail:

1. Request RMA. Items without RMA will be immediately denied.

2. Pack your return in the original shipping package, if possible.

3. Include the packing slip and return label, and indicate the reason for the return.

4. Include all original packing materials, manuals and accessories.

5. All retuens shipment must be insured for a full value of the merchandize and have tracking number.

6. Send your return to PRIZIX.

 

For proof of delivery, we recommend that you return items via UPS or insured USPS.

 


Refund Method


Refunds will be credited to the original credit card or PayPal account.

 


Promotional Items and Bundles


When a promotional item is returned, the value of the promotional item will be deducted from the refund amount. When a bundle is purchased and only part of the bundle is returned, the bundle discount is void, and the total bundle discount will be deducted from the refund.
