Tax Information

Sales tax is not separately calculated and collected in connection with items ordered from 4Wheel Online through the Amazon.com Site unless explicitly indicated as such in the ordering process. Items ordered from 4Wheel Online may be subject to tax in certain states, based on the state to which the order is shipped. If an item is subject to sales tax, in accordance with state tax laws, the tax is generally calculated on the total selling price of each individual item, including shipping and handling charges, gift-wrap charges and other service charges, less any applicable discounts. If tax is separately calculated and collected in connection with items ordered from 4Wheel Online through the Amazon.com Site, the tax amounts that appear during the ordering process are estimated - the actual taxes that will be charged to your credit card will be calculated at the time your order is processed and will appear in your order confirmation notification.

Return Policy

Return Policy

We work hard to ensure that all of our customers receive the products which they order. However, we are only human and mistakes can be made. If you have received a product different than what you ordered please note that in the reason for return so we can correct the problem quickly.

We accept returns back if the return is requested within 30 days and has been processed by us and has a valid 4 Wheel Online MRA # (which we will provide you once we process the return) and has been shipped back pre-paid to the specific location designated by 4 Wheel Online. Returns sent back freight collect will either not be accepted, 

All return shipments must have the MRA # clearly placed on the package and must be returned freight pre-paid to the location that we designate. If you ship a return back to one of our warehouses, without a 4 Wheel Online MRA #, we will do our best to find the product in that warehouse and issue the credit once the product has been found. This could delay the credit from being issued.

Once the return has been received and inspected we will issue you a refund. All returns must be in original packaging and unused - unless otherwise noted at the time of the return request. 

We reserve the right to inspect, or have our agents inspect, all returns before issuing a credit.

**Examples of Typical Return Scenarios and How It Would Work**

Customer Ordered Wrong, Does Not Want Product, or Accidental Orders - Unused / Uninstalled Product
The Customer is responsible for the return freight back to the warehouse that will be sent to you when the return is processed. 

Returning Mounted Wheels or Tires
The Customer is responsible for the return freight back to the warehouse. Please make sure all valve stems and/or weights have been removed.

4 Wheel Online Ordered and/or The Warehouse Shipped The Wrong Product
The Customer will not be responsible for the Return Freight.

Customer Received Damaged or Defective Product
If the Customer informs us of the damage/defective issue with the product within 30 days of receipt of the item the Customer will not be responsible for the Return Freight. If the Customer informs us of the damage/defective issue with the product after 30 days of receipt of the item the Customer will be responsible for the Return Freight. Tires that are found to be defective, after having Road Use, are credited based on the Tire Manufacturers Pro-Ration Schedule. Pro-Ration Schedules vary by Manufacturer.
