Toynk began by operating out of a small apartment in 2001. Today we have 101,00 square foot warehouse that houses our offices, store, and the inventory. Our staff varies from 40-200 people depending on the time of year (ie - Christmas, Halloween).

We carry the latest collectible toys and action figures as well as a huge variety of costumes, home/office items, nifty gadgets, gifts and more!  Our toy selection varies from mass market (dolls, sports figures, etc), specialty market (limited edition props, statues, etc), and imported toys not available in the USA. We ship to all 50 states and virtually every country worldwide.

Our philosophy is to continually improve and change how we run Toynk to better serve our customers. We work every day to expand our product selection and improve shipping speed, customer service, and pricing. We hope each time you come back to visit us you will notice improvements. Toynk Toys Shipping Rates

 

Shipping rates depend on the selected shipping speed and weight/size of the items.

To determine the applicable shipping rate for items in your Cart:

  1. Select Proceed to Checkout
  2. Select or add your shipping address
  3. Select a shipping speed and select Continue
  4. Select a payment method and select Continue

The total shiping & handling cost will be listed under Order Summary

Shipping Policies

Orders placed by 12:00 PM CST will ship within 2 business days. For example, an order placed at noon on Monday will ship by Wednesday. An order placed Monday evening will ship by Thursday. Many orders will ship the same business day but this is not guaranteed.

  • We use UPS Ground, UPS "Mail Innovations" service which is combined with USPS or  USPS First Class or Priority Mail service for our "Standard" shipping service to the continental United States (No PO Boxes, APO/FPO).
  • We use USPS Priority Mail or First Class for PO Boxes, military addresses (APO/FPO), Alaska/Hawaii, and U.S. Territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, etc).

Once an item is shipped, you should receive an automated email with your tracking number. We are located just outside Chicago, IL and UPS shipping times vary from 1 to 4 business days depending on where you live. Small areas of Oregon, Idaho, and southeastern California may take 5 days. If you wish to find the exact time, you can go to the UPS website and click on "Shipping" and "Calculate Time and Cost" and enter our location and your location (our city -Addison, our Zip - 60101). USPS Priority Mail can take anywhere from 2-10+ days, although the post office does promise 2-3 days.

Q: When will my order be shipped?
A: While logged into your Amazon account, click on the order and Amazon has posted an expected ship date in the order. You order will be shipped out no later than that date.

Q: When will my order arrive?
A: Amazon emails estimated timeframes for each order placed. Please review your Amazon email address account to view the information. Please note, Standard shipping timeframes will vary greatly from Expedited shipping timeframes.

Q: Where can I find my tracking number?
A: Tracking numbers are posted on the order on Amazon, you can view as long as you are logged into your account. You will also be emailed a tracking number once the order has shipped to your Amazon email address that they have generated for you.

Q: What is the difference between Standard, Expedited & Air shipping options?
A:  Standard shipping means either First Class Mail or Ground service level shipping.  
      Expedited shipping does NOT mean "air", it means the order will ship out
      sooner than Standard and will arrive sooner than Standard shipping, typically                 sent to arrive within 2 days from the time it leaves the seller's warehouse. 
      "AIR" shipping specifically, Next Day or 2nd Day Air will be sent via UPS as
      the service selected. If you do not see an "AIR" option listed on Amazon this
      means the service is NOT available for that order. Expedited shipping does NOT
      indicate "AIR" service, it must state "AIR".     

Q: Can I change my shipping from Standard to Expedited?
A: The seller cannot change the shipping method once it has been placed on Amazon. Orders are generated quickly & electronically uploaded making it impossible for the seller to stop an order and upgrade the shipping. In addition, Amazon processes the credit card payments based on the total cost of the order. Therefore no order can be edited once it is transmitted to the seller.

Q: Can I change the item(s) on my order or add/delete items on an order?
A: The seller cannot change any item(s), quantity or otherwise once the order has been placed on Amazon. Q: Can I cancel an order once it has been placed, even if it is within minutes of placing the order?
A: You can log into your Amazon account and cancel the order as long as it has not yet been transmitted to the seller. The seller can attempt to cancel an order for a customer if the order has not been transmitted to the warehouse. Orders are generated quickly & electronically uploaded making it near  impossible for the seller to stop an order and cancel. The seller recommends contacting them by phone at 630-656-1074  press option #1 to request an order cancellation. The seller can only accept these requests Mon-Fri, 10am-4pm Central Standard Time as the customer service phone lines are not open on the weekends. The seller will make every effort however there is absolutely NO GUARANTEE that the staff will be able to cancel an order after Amazon has transmitted it to the seller.

Q: What should I do if I receive an incorrect item or an item arrives damaged?
A: Contact the seller's customer service line at 630-656-1074 option #2, Mon-Fri, 10am-4pm Central Standard Time or email through Amazon. PLEASE DO NOT EMAIL & CALL as it causes confusion & makes the process more time consuming. The seller will make every effort to rectify the situation & you will receive a response within 24 hours.

Q: How do I know the exact sizing of a costume?
A: Contact the seller by emailing through Amazon as the size charts are only listed on the seller's website
