Any returned computer that is damaged through customer misuse, is missing parts, or is in unsellable condition due to customer tampering will result in the customer being charged a higher restocking fee based on the condition of the product. Amazon.com will not accept returns of any desktop or notebook computer more than 30 days after you receive the shipment. New, used, and refurbished products purchased from Marketplace vendors are subject to the returns policy of the individual vendor.

TechGiant fulfilled orders return Policy:
TechGiant will issue a full 100% refund as long as the item(s) is returned within 30 days of delivery and in the same condition shipped, which is brand new and sealed (unless otherwise noted). If the item is opened and defective then we will issue a 100% refund. All returns go through a QA process and are tested for any issues. When requesting a return due to product defect please explain the defect. If the item(s) is returned within 30 days of delivery and it is opened, unsealed or the like and is in perfect working condition then we will charge a 20% restocking fee. If we receive an item that is open, missing original packaging, accessories are customer damaged we will charge the appropriate restocking fee of at least, but not limited to, 20% plus the cost of original accessories.

*Please note that a 10% restocking fee will be charged on all unopened and factory sealed iPhone 5S models returned back to TechGiant for orders fulfilled by TechGiant. 

*We do not accept returns on Apple Mac Pro items for any reason. If the item is defective you may contact the manufacturer (Apple) for warranty. If an item is returned to us we will charge no less than a 50% re-stocking fee considering the item is brand new, factory sealed and undamaged.

Used Items Policy
All used items sold will have a condition note attached to the item. If you are unhappy with your purchase we offer a 15 day return and will charge a restocking fee of no less than 20%. The serial numbers are stored for all orders, if a different item is returned other than what was sent we will discard the item and not issue a refund. If an item is returned in a different condition other than what was stated and sent we will discard the item and not issue a refund.
