Returns Policy - You may return most items sold by Rock Ridge Sales, Inc. within 30 days of your receipt of the order for a refund.  We do not refund expenses related to shipping the order.  We do not cover the shipping costs associated with returns.  

Partial refunds/Restocking Fees
1. Any book that has obvious signs of use: 50% of item's price.
2.  Any CD, DVD or VHS tape that has been opened (taken out of its plastic wrap): 50% of item's price.
3.  Any item that is not in its original condition, opened, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error: up to 50% of item's price

Receiving a Refund - Expect your refund within 4 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper (though in many cases you'll receive the refund sooner).

Exchanges - If you need to exchange a product please contact us via phone or email.

Incorrect shipments - If you receive a product which is not what you ordered, please contact us.  We will send the correct items with a return label for the product you received.

Defective Products - If you receive a defective product, please contact us.  You may need to return the item.  If this is the case, you'll need to pay the return shipping.  If we deem the product defective, we'll refund your payment including shipping.  We'll also credit your account for return postage, not to exceed the amount we paid for shipping when you placed the order.  If we deem the problem to be other than a defect, we'll refund your order amount, less shipping.

If you need your order by a certain date, we encourage you to email us.  We will do everything we can to meet your needs.

Amazon sets expectations based on their shipping policies.   Sometimes this leads to a delivery date that seems too long.  We request 1 to 2 business days to ship your order.   "Standard Shipping" on Amazon allows up to another 5 business days for the package to arrive.  Saturdays, Sundays and holidays are not counted as "Business Days."  Normally, customers get their packages much sooner than this.  If you have any questions about our policy, please email us.

Items from our South Dakota warehouse normally ship via USPS Priority Mail, or First Class Mail for lighter items.  On some orders, we use Ground service from FedEx or UPS.   Next Day and Two Day orders ship via USPS Priority Mail Express, UPS or FedEx.

Q:  How are "items" counted for the quantity promotion?

A:  Each order counts as one item, so a box of 10 pairs of ear plugs sold as one item counts as one item for purposes of the promotion, not ten.  A pair of pill boxes sold as one item, counts as one also.  Likewise, a single order for 6 facial sponges counts as one item for purposes of the promotion.
