  • Free Economy:  Free shipping for Continental US addresses.
  • Standard Shipping to Continental US:  $3 for orders totaling under $14.99; $5 for orders $15.00-$29.99; $7 for orders $30.00-$49.99;  $9 for orders $50.00-$69.99; $12 for orders $70.00 or more.
  • Two Day Shipping to Continental US: Call our office for shipping rate quote.

Shipping rates depend on the selected shipping speed and weight/size of the items.

Our Carriers

Batteryheads® offers multiple shipping options from FedEx, FedEx Home Delivery, and US Postal Service. Once your order ships, you will receive the package tracking number via email. Free Shipping and Best Way orders typically ship via US Postal Service.

Shipping Restrictions

Materials used in construction of some batteries are considered dangerous or hazardous materials. The way we ship these batteries is regulated by US and International governments as well as by shipping carrier policies. Our shipping and handling department is trained and certified in handling and packaging these batteries, and will ensure that only allowed methods are used. Also, when ordering a product that has shipping restrictions, the options offered to you at checkout will be restricted to only those shipping methods that are approved for the product being purchased.

Shipping Charges

In some cases, Batteryheads® offers Free Shipping or Standard shipping at a low cost. Additionally, Expedited Shipping options are available based on each carrier's freight cost. The amount of freight will automatically be calculated by our system and displayed on your order form. Freight charges vary depending on the package weight, dimensions, and the shipping method you've selected. Please double check your shipping address before completing your order. We ship orders to the address provided in checkout. Orders that are returned and marked as "undeliverable" or "refused" will have return shipping fees deducted from refunds.

When Will My Order Ship?

Most of the items we carry are in stock and will ship on the same day the order is placed (if the order is placed before 1:30PM Mountain Time) or on the next business day (if the order is placed after 1:30PM Mountain Time). Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on the next business day (usually Monday unless there is a national holiday).


When Will I Receive My Package?

Depending on your location and the shipping method you specify, Free Shipping may take four to seven business days to arrive.  Standard Shipping should take three to five business days to arrive and will be shipped via USPS.  Second Day shipments will be shipped by FedEx 2nd Day Air and are guaranteed to arrive two business days after the shipping date. 

Can I Get Saturday Delivery?

Please note, FedEx does not move or deliver packages on Saturday, Sunday or national holidays unless special delivery options are purchased. If you need to arrange Saturday delivery of your package, please place your order by calling our customer support representatives at 1-888-378-6888. Our support reps will provide you with all options available to us, along with the associated shipping costs. Note: None of the shipping offers available for selection on Amazon will guarantee Saturday or Sunday delivery. You must contact us via phone to make these arrangements.

Q:  Why won't my tracking number show the progress of my order?

How to Track my Batteryheads Order

If you requested Standard Shipping with your order it has been shipped via Parcel Post.  When we packaged your order we generated a USPS Delivery Confirmation Number as part of the shipping label.  You were sent the Delivery Confirmation Number by Amazon in the email that notified you that your order was shipped.  Your order has been shipped via Streamlite, a US Postal Service shipping partner.  Streamlite will process and transport your order until it arrives at the final US Postal Sort Facility.  Until your order reaches your local post office, USPS.com will not have tracking information available.  If you want to track your order while it is in the Streamlite System, please go to www.streamliteinc.com and enter your Delivery Confirmation Number in the Tracking Window.
