Shipping Policies

In order to exceed customer expectations, we often ship items sooner than the processing time quoted on the item listing.  If you have a question about a specific item's availability and turnaround, please contact us.  We do our best to accommodate special requests.

Although we do carry a lot of inventory in most items, apparel may be backordered occasionally.  In many of these cases, we will contact you immediately and offer alternative items.  We can also ship out your other items and refund the missing item.

For gift baskets, we typically use UPS or FedEx.  Please keep in mind that they cannot ship Expedited or 2 Day shipping to PO Boxes or APO or military addresses.

STANDARD Shipping and handling pricing is based on USPS Priority with delivery confirmation costs.  EXPEDITED Shipping is based on USPS Express Overnight or UPS 3 Day for the drop ship gift baskets.  For EXPEDITED shipping, the day the item leaves its origination is not counted as a business day.  For example, if the item leaves on Monday, it will arrive on Thursday (according to UPS and other carriers).  Please consider this in your calculation.  2 DAY shipping is a better way to go if you are worried about an item getting there sooner.  Also, please make sure that you do not count the weekends in the expedited shipping time.  Only count business days Monday to Friday.  

APO and FPO EXPEDITED SHIPPING - USPS DOES NOT ship EXPRESS to these addresses.  If you order an item sent Expedited to these addresses, we will ship via USPS PRIORITY MAIL.

There are also packaging, order entry and transportation costs associated with handling and shipping orders.  Please be sure to review the shipping fees prior to purchasing an item.

Q. When will a product ship from your warehouse?

A. Please check the availability date right under the price for an estimated date of shipping. All of our products have different dates, so it is important to check this on each item.

Q. Do you offer expedited shipping?
A. Expedited shipping is offered during checkout.  We ship expedited orders via USPS Overnight or 2 Day Service.

Q. I have a question about my order. What is the best way to contact you?
A. Please email us. We are open from Monday to Friday, 9AM-5PM P.S.T.   We respond to all emails, but as we do receive a large number of emails, there is sometimes a delay in responding to them. NOTE: Spam filters do occasionally block emails from getting back to you.  Please check your spam filters and junk mail boxes to make sure you receive our response.

Q. Do items ever get backordered?
A. A very small number of items do get back-ordered from time-to-time when ordered. We notify customers when this is the case.

How To Measure | The correct fit

Please take measurements over your undergarments and if you are in-between measurements, please order the next size larger.

Bust

Measure under arms around fullest part of bust. Be sure to keep tape level across back and comfortably loose.

Waist

Measure around natural waist (an inch above your belly button) with a loose tape.

Hips

Measure around fullest part of body at top of legs. Keep feet together and tape parallel to floor.

Gift Wrap

During the checkout process, you can choose to have most items gift wrapped in our signature brown tulle/green tissue gift wrap (please see photo).  For some gift baskets, the gift basket company we use will wrap your order with their gift wrap.

Some items may be ineligible for gift wrap.  If you have any special requests, please feel free to contact us.


 

Gift Message

All gift messages are free!  You can add a gift message for each item in your order.  If you select one of our gift wrap options, we will print your message on a gift card.  Otherwise, we'll include your message on the packing slip.
