Q: Returns / Fees

A: You may return the item to us for a refund.  The item must be in the original packaging, undamaged, and ready for re-sale.  If the product is damaged or not in perfect condition for re-sale, NO refund will be issued.

A return fee will be deducted from all returns to cover shipping and processing the original order to the customer and for processing the return of the item as well.

Q: Items returned by Shipper (USPS & UPS)

A: Any item returned back to 975 Supply by either USPS or UPS because of a bad address or that the item was not deliverable for any reason that USPS or UPS states.  975 will refund the sale price of the item minus the shipping and processing charge that was incorporated into the sale price of said such item and for processing the returned item as well.

Q: Defective Items

A: Any items that are defective or do not work properly are fully covered by Manufacturer's Warranties.  We are re-sellers of products that we buy direct from the manufacturer or from a wholesaler.  We do not take back returns on any defective product that the manufacturer's warranty will cover.  You will be instructed to contact the manufacturer of the product when items are covered under warranty.  Sorry, but we do not take back returns or exchanges on items that are defective or broken and are covered under the manufacturer warranty.

Q: Calendar Returns

A: After January 24th, 2016, 975 Supply will not be able to take back any calendar returns.  Once you have bought the calendar, we will not be able to take any returns back.  Please make sure you are purchasing the right size and type before you make your purchase.  ANY RETURN SENT TO US AFTER THIS DATE WILL NOT BE ISSUED A REFUND - Meaning, if you send it to us as a return, you will not get a refund and your item will NOT BE RE-SHIPPED.

Freight Fowarders

Orders shipped to a freight forwarder...


975 Will ship to freight forwarders (3rd Party).  Any tracking the shows that the order was delivered to a freight forwarder will be considered complete and received.  It is not 975 responsibility to to get the product to a customer if said customer is using a freight forwarder.  The customer will have to deal with their freight forwarder on any order that shows delivered by our tracking but the customer claims to have not gotten it yet.
Once a package shows delivered per the tracking, the customer will have to deal with the freight forwarder to find their product.
The customer will not hold 975 responsible for ANY ORDER that is shipped to a freight forwarder that shows delivered by tracking.  This tracking will include ANY TRACKING that shows delivered, regardless if their is a signature or not.
Any customer that places an order with us, uses a freight forwarder, will accept our policies on orders shipped to freight forwarders, and will not hold 975 responsible for any refund or re-shipment of their order if it shows delivered by ANY such tracking number provided by USPS or UPS.
If the customer does not like our policies with shipping to a freight forwarder, they are more than able to purchase their product from another seller on Amazon.

MARK ROBERTS ITEMS

Mark Roberts Items are not returnable.  Due to the delicateness of these items, NO RETURNS are accepted.  Once you purchase a Mark Roberts Item, you will not be able to return.

Calendar Orders

Calendars that are ordered after January 24, 2016 are not returnable.  These calendars loose value each day as they are only valuable for a certain amount of time before they become useless.
