HRM USA, Inc is an authorized dealer of the products we sell, making sure our customers have the benefit of the product warranty through the manufacturer. HRM is located in Warminster, which is a suburb outside of Philadelphia, PA.

Our company consists of 14 employees, ranging from the owners, the web designer, the managers, the employees who manage how your packages are shipped, the packers in the warehouse and the office personnel from sales/customer service. Our company is like a close family, and is full of colorful personalities. Being able to laugh is a staple in every workday here at HRM. We strive to give you, our customer, the utmost respect, and hope that the fact that we love where we work, and what we do, shines through our conversations with you over the phone, e-mails, and the live chat. On a typical day here at HRM, you will also find many things, not so typically found in an office. Currently, we have a few Dalmatians who accompany their mommies to work each day, and even a toddler who helps keep us smiling and laughing throughout the day.

If you are in need of assistance placing an order, or simply have product questions, please feel free to call us. Our friendly sales/customer service personnel will be more than happy to help you. We do our best to be highly knowledgeable in all of the products we carry, and with HRM's company policies as well. Our return department processes returns and exchanges on a daily basis, and does their best to get your refunds and exchanges to you as quickly as possible. When placing a new order, typically, your order will be processed and shipped the same day the order is placed. Once an order is submitted, the order will go through an approval process, in which we will contact you with any questions regarding your order. We currently ship up until 6PM EST Monday-Friday. We use UPS, and USPS for shipping options, and do our best to make sure all orders make it out each day in a timely fashion. We also have an electronic scanning system. When an order reaches the warehouse to be packaged for shipment, each item on the order is scanned before packing to assure the correct product is sent to you, our customer. Again, please do not hesitate to call, or e-mail us with any questions or concerns you may have regarding you order, return, exchange, or even a product question. We will do our best to assist you with whatever it is you may need, and hope that you enjoy your experience with our company.

You may return any NEW, UNOPENED item(s) purchased from HRM USA INC. within 30 days of delivery date. Item(s) must be returned at buyers expense. We will only pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error or manufacturer defect. Any issues must be reported to us within 3 business days of delivery to be eligible for this service.

Any NEW, UNOPENED item(s) in the original manufacturer's packaging may be returned for up to 30 days from the delivery date. New product returns will be eligible for a refund, less a 10% restocking fee (Min Charge $2.95/Max Charge $24.95 per item). This fee is to help absorb our initial shipping costs to get the order to you.


Any OPENED, USED or Unsellable item(s) returned within 30 days of delivery will be assessed a fee of 10%. (Minimum Restocking fee Charge $2.95/Max Charge $24.95 per item). Open Used is considered any item that is not in its original condition when shipped. Any item that is returned damaged (Non-Manufacturer Defect), missing parts, or missing packaging may not be eligible for a refund. 


Packages Refused or Undeliverable will be assessed all Shipping Fees incurred by the carrier for both deliveries and deducted from your return credit.


Any USED or NEW items are permitted for exchange within 30 days of delivery. When exchanging a product, please send back your original purchase and specify which product you would like in exchange. A Reshipping fee of 10% or $8.95 (whichever is less) will be applied towards the exchange. Any credit balance on a used product returned for exchange will be issued back to your card used with Amazon.


Returns are processed during normal business hours Monday-Friday.
Please allow 1-3 business days from receipt of your package for processing.


Products are warranted solely by the manufacturer. The complete warranty information is included with the product and is subject to the conditions set forth by the manufacturer. In many cases, the manufacturer will handle the replacement of the product and cover the postage expenses both ways. In the case the defective product is not handled by the manufacturer in a timely and efficient way, please contact us at 800-403-8285 for assistance.

Items which are D.O.A or defective must be reported within 3 business days of receipt, and we will issue a pickup label for exchange only if you are unable to resolve with the manufacturer. Please note, We will not pick up a defective item for credit.

We only ship to the Continental U.S., Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, Puerto Rico, Armed Forces APO/FPO customers.


Most orders you place with us enter the shipping process very quickly so we can get your items to you as soon as possible. Orders already in the shipping process cannot be modified or canceled.

The UPS Service Guarantee does not apply to shipments that are delayed due to causes beyond UPS's control, such as when air or ground transportation networks are disrupted by extreme weather conditions.


For all orders shipped in the Continental United States, to a residential, business or P.O. Box or to an APO address, we offer standard shipping at no additional cost. Our standard shipping varies per product and is listed on the individual product page. If a monitor specifies "free overnight shipping or free second day shipping" in the description it is not necessary to add it to your cart. You should continue to select standard shipping as an option. Most orders ship the same day if ordered by 4pm EST.

We use an address verification tool to help make sure your package arrives quickly and accurately. If we cannot validate your address, your order will be delayed as we try to obtain the correct shipping information from you, so please make sure your address is entered correctly.


Occasionally a package will get misdelivered, lost, or even stolen. If we feel the package may be lost, we may require you to submit an AtoZ claim in your Amazon account.


Every Item has an availability status, these are 99% accurate. If your item is not in stock, we will give you a call or email ASAP to let you know the status of the item and the estimated date the item is due in our warehouse.


All the items will ship in the same order, if an item is unavailable, we will ship all available items and notify you of any backorders and expected ship date. All Items will ship with the fastest method offered for the order.

5. What if I have a sales tax exemption?

If you have a tax exemption certificate and you believe your purchase qualifies for tax exemption you are more than welcome to provide us with proof and we may refund your tax based on state and tax jurisdiction discretion.
