Shipping Policies

As of Nov 2011 All fulfillment is through Amazon.  Our policy with Amazon is to make the customer happy and NOT argue.  If a product differs from what you thought you were getting, SEND IT BACK ON US and we will either replace it or REFUND ALL COSTS

Please note we go a step farther in saying that if the product is not what you thought you were getting.  We won't look at the description and say you got what you ordered.  We go out of our way to make sure you got what you wanted.

Q: How do you ensure shipments will arrive intact?
A: All shipments are packed and shipped by Amazon, using the same procedures and safeguards as they use in their own sales, to ensure safe delivery, and we've chosen shippers with excellent track records.

Q: Do you book have a "Publishers Marks"?
A:  Some of our book have a "Publisher Mark" or "Remainder Mark".  We buy a lot of books and it depends on the source.  We can track if a book os new or used but not if there is a publisher's mark.

Q: Does a publisher mean my book is "Used"
A: No.  The only thing the mark means is that the book was removed from the retailer's shelves in new condition.  When a retailer gets new books, they have to make room for them.  The books are then marked so they can not show up in another store which may not be allowed to buy publisher marked books.   Now the book may be "Used" if it was then sold to an individual who then resells it. 

Q:  What is a publisher mark?
A: It is a pen mark along the pages' edge that can be seen when the book is closed.  The purpose of the remainder mark is when a store does not sell a book they mark the bottom or top edges.  The remainder mark is put onto the book and sent to a distributor to make room for new inventory.
