Order Damaged in Transit:
*If your order is damaged in transit we will begin a damage claim with the shipping provider who brought the item to you. We will ask that you hold the item for 5 business days from the date the claim is filed in case that the shipping company needs to pick the damaged item up from the delivered address to complete the investigation. Once the claim process is complete we will often times issue our customers a full refund.

We understand that sometimes an item is defective or you would like to exchange your item in for another item or credit within 30 days of delivery You can exchange your product with us in one of two ways:
1) (Standard exchange) Simply send your product back to us with a note including your Amazon Order ID and reason for return to:

3) (Return for refund) Send your product to the address above, please include a note including your Amazon Order ID and reason for return. Upon receipt and inspection of the package you will be refunded your purchase minus any shipping and an 18% restocking fee.
Note since we do not manufacture the item's we sell, we can not be responsible for it being defective. The manufacture would pay for shipping, but a repair through a manufacturer could take up to 60 days. We replace defective items and pay for shipping to you as courtesy to our customers, to offer them a timely alternative. But we can't afford to pay for shipping both ways.
