Standard Return Policy
We offer a 30 day return policy for most new & unopened items with original packaging and all accessories in sealed condition. No returns are allowed without proper RMA or outside return period.

Warranty & Defective items
Every product sold includes manufacturers warranty; complete warranty information is included with the product. All returns after 30 days from purchase date must be done directly with the manufacturer.
All returns are subject to inspection upon arrival at our warehouse, if items reported as defective are not found defective or if item is returned damaged a higher restocking fee will be applied.
Cancellation request/ Refused orders
Once the order is far in the shipping process or has already shipped, it can not be cancelled. An RMA needs to be requested and re-stocking fee will be applied. Customer will be responsible for shipping charges both ways.
All returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. All items returned without RMA number will be refused.
All returns must include the following:
1. Original packaging (manufacturer's box, plastic bags, etc.)
2. Original intact UPC barcode. Removal of the UPC code voids eligibility of return regardless of RMA or credit request status.
3. Valid RMA is REQUIRED on every return package. You can obtain the RMA number by contacting us at with your Invoice Number or Order Number.
4. Original packing slip if applicable
5. Complete accessories (antennas, remote controls, batteries, software disks, etc.)
