Shipping Policies

-Most orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days of receipt of payment. The average time of arrival is 5-7 business days for domestic shipments by FedEx Ground, 7-10 business days for domestic freight truck shipments. Processing and delivery times are not guaranteed.

If not complete and if anything damage, they will provide accounts payable with photos of damage and accounts payable will email you with the photos and will provide you with the reason or reasons why you were charged with a restocking fee. We always recommend our buyers to get a tracking number because we cannot be responsible for lost packages.
