Q: What is your normal shipping method?

A: We typically ship the 2nd business day after we receive an order. 
Q: Why does it take you a full business day to prepare a shipment before it's picked up by a carrier?
A: We take care in our shipping process and this slight delay helps to ensure our delivery accuracy is at a level we expect.
Q: What Carriers do you use?
A: We primarily use USPS, but for large and heavy items we use UPS.
Q: Do you charge a restocking fee?
A: Yes, when there is a request to return an item at not fault of ours, we will charge a 10% restocking fee and we will also deduct the free shipping to cover our costs.
Q: Why do you not accept some items back?
A: Certain items that have been used (shoes, boots, safety equipment) are not able to be accepted, because they cannot be resold. We ask you to be careful in your ordering to ensure you purchase exactly what you had expected.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: No, but we used to, but it was far more trouble than it was worth. We can't control customs which often delays the arrival and customers we're always excited when we couldn't supply specific answers as to expected delivery dates.

Q:What is your return policy?
A: 30 days, unless product has been used, damaged or is unfit for return. We are not responsible for any damage after your order has been shipped. If the product is damaged during shipping, you are responsible to contact USPS or UPS and file a claim regarding the shipping damage to your order for a refund from them. You are also welcome to contact us prior to shipping if you would like to pay extra for insured shipping. If the return is not because of our error, we will charge a 10% restocking fee as well as deduct original shipping costs from the refund.

Q:What is your refund policy?
A: Our refund policy is the same as our return policy. Please also note that if you pay for faster shipping, or you pay for shipping because you live outside our free shipping zones, we cannot refund you for the shipping costs.

Q: If my order has been lost after delivery, will you resend it to me?
A: No. We definitely apologize if this ever happens, but once your order is confirmed delivered, we are no longer responsible for it. We encourage customers to make sure that their shipping address is a safe and secure place for your package to be sent to to help minimize these issues. 

Q: If my order is sent back to you for any reason, will you resend it to me?
A: It depends. We would be happy to make sure you receive what you ordered, but if the order was sent back to us due to reasons such as insufficient address or incorrect information, or anything out of our control, we will require that you pay for the extra shipping to send it back to you via Paypal invoice. If you would rather have a refund than pay for a reshipment, we will provide a refund and deduct the original shipping costs from your refund.
