DITALIA is not responsible for any incorrect address entry. Please make sure that the mailing address or gift recipients address is 100% accurate. A $7.50 fee will be charged to your card if an address correction is made to your order. A representative will contact you to discuss the address correction and the charge in this event.
DITALIA for the most part does not consider any of our products we offer perishable. We are not saying that if you order chocolates during July that they will not melt in transit. We are saying that if you plan on ordering sensitive items like chocolate, that you understand that summer months are not the best time to be ordering chocolate confections. We recommend that if you order chocolate confections during warmer temperature months, that upon receiving the item, to refrigerate the item for at least 12 ï¿½ 16 hours before trying to open. This will allow for the item/items to regain consistency.
