Tax Information

Sales tax is not separately calculated and collected in connection with items ordered from NanoCell4All through the Amazon.com Site unless explicitly indicated as such in the ordering process. Items ordered from NanoCell4All may be subject to tax in certain states, based on the state to which the order is shipped. If an item is subject to sales tax, in accordance with state tax laws, the tax is generally calculated on the total selling price of each individual item, including shipping and handling charges, gift-wrap charges and other service charges, less any applicable discounts. If tax is separately calculated and collected in connection with items ordered from NanoCell4All through the Amazon.com Site, the tax amounts that appear during the ordering process are estimated - the actual taxes that will be charged to your credit card will be calculated at the time your order is processed and will appear in your order confirmation notification.

Q: The tracking number shows my item is ''delivered'', but I do not have it. What should I do?

A: Please contact us in Amazon with your order number and your confirm address. Although in most situations, your package may show up 1-2 days due to postal delay. If you have other shipment issues, please don't hesitate to contact us and we will gladly assist you.

Q: If the item arrived broken, will I be getting a replacement?

A: Yes, we will gladly send you a replacement case once you contact our customer service department immediately in Amazon.

Q: I sent a couple emails on Saturday, why haven't I received a response yet?

A: We do apologized for the delay in response, but all emails that are received late Friday afternoon will be answered on Monday because we are closed on weekends.

Q: The item I received does not fit my phone, what should I do?

A: Please contact our customer service department immediately with your order number and the model of your phone so that we can determine the reason for the product not fitting. We will try our very best to assist you and if we did send you the wrong case, we will immediately send you the correct item.

Q: I purchased the wrong case for my phone and want to return it for a refund, what do I need to do?

A: Please contact our customer service department for an RMA # (Return Merchant Authorization) so that we know what to do when your package is received.

Q: I have not received the order.  What should I do?

A: We usually deliver the order ealier than the time-frame set forth by Amazon.  If you have not received it after that time-frame, please kindly contact us.  We will solve the issue for you immediately.  We guarantee 100% satisfaction for our customers.

Note : Please ensure to update the delivery address for your order in order to avoid the delay and non-delivery.  Please kindly inform us if there is any change in the address through Amazon.  We could make appropriate changes if the order has not shipped yet.

Q: I have already placed the order, but I forgot to update my delivery address.  What should I do?

A: Please kindly contact Amazon Customer Service ( 1-866-216-1072 ) and update the address.  Thus, we can avoid the delay and non-delivery of the order.  If the order has not shipped and we have been informed by Amazon about the updated address, we can make appropriate changes. 

Q: I have wrongly placed the order with my old address and I could see the status of order is "Shipped".  What should I do?

A: Please contact your local post office.  They may be able to hold it for you.  For us, we will reship the package for you if the USPS service returns the package to us.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

  • Returns and Exchanges - All returns and exchanges require RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization).  No Return or Exchange will be processed without RMA#.  Based on which return category you select (Refund, Exchange, Defective Item, Damaged Item), please provide us with the appropriate information and we will issue you a RMA#. You may return your merchandise (buyer pays shipping expense) for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.  All returns or exchanges must be returned in its original packaging (packaging must not be ripped from anywhere). There will be a $2.00 charge on all items returned in altered packaging.


  • Refunds - Refunds issued will include merchandise charges as well as shipping charges if you paid any. Please note that we do subtract a $4.23 processing fee from each refund for a non defective item. To avoid paying the $4.23 processing fee, please consider exchanging the unwanted merchandise.
    Exchanges - We do not charge a processing fee for exchanges. Please contact us to have an exchange processed.  If there is a price difference, that need to be addressed as well.  If the new item is priced higher than the original item then, the buyer will pay the difference and if the new item is lower in price then we will issue you a refund for the difference.

    Defective Items - It is very rare that the item shipped is defective, most of the time it is the buyer purchasing the wrong product.  Merchandise defective upon receipt can be replaced free of charge (if confirmed to be defective). If you think you have received a defective item, please contact us immediately via email with your name, your id, item number, item title, date of purchase, exact model number of your product and picture of the item you received.  We will arrange for a replacement. If we cannot get a replacement then we will issue you a refund.

    Damaged Items
     - All items are inspected for damage prior to shipment. If your merchandise has been damaged in transit, please contact us immediately via email with your name, your id, date of purchase, item title, item number, picture of the item and picture of the damaged packaging you received.  We will arrange for a replacement. If we cannot get a replacement then we will issue you a refund.

    Please allow 8-10 business days to process Returns, Refunds & Exchanges.

HOW TO INSTALL SCREEN PROTECTOR

  • Step 1:  Wipe the surface of the display screen with micro-fiber cloth. Ensure there is no lint nor dust on the screen.
  • Step 2:  Remove the plastic backing and visually align the screen protector with your display screen.
  • Step 3: Align the screen protector onto the screen and gently press down.
  • Step 4: Gently slide the installation card over the screen to push out any air bubbles to the nearest edge.  Once completed, slowly peel off the remaing surface layer.

HOW TO INSTALL SNAP-ON FRONT AND BACK COVER

  • Place the phone inot the front cover.
  • Align the edges of the front and back covers, and then press the four corners until you hear them snap together.

HOW TO REMOVE THE SNAP-ON FRONT AND BACK COVER

  • Insert the crowbar (or penny coin) into one of the slots which are located on either side of the cover.
  • Use the crowbar ( or penny coin) to pry the cover open by pushing the crowbar up or down.
  • Slide up the crowbar  ( or penny coin) along the gap to seperate the protector cover.
