If you receive an item that is different than described please contact Zoverstocks directly to report this within 3 days of receiving the shipment. You will receive a reply within 3 working days with detailed return instructions based on your individual case.
When writing to us to arrange for a return, please be as descriptive as possible regarding the problem with the merchandise. We would also require the order number for us to resolve the problem.
UK customers who return items due to a fault of Zoverstocks will be provided with a FREEPOST address to return the parcel(s) to us. Other return options are available for overseas customers.
Returns with no Amazon Order number, cannot be accepted and will not be processed by our returns department.
Zoverstocks may issue full or partial refunds for an order depending on your case. Refunds are typically processed by Amazon Payments within one week of the seller's request. The funds will be deposited back in your debit/credit card account and Amazon.co.uk will send you confirmation of the refund via e-mail.
Before ordering DVD's please make sure that your DVD Player is capable of playing the DVD you ordered. We are selling DVD's from around the world, Regions 0,1,2,3,4,5,6 in NTSC and PAL. Amazon UK usually shows you a disclaimer if you will be able to play this disc or if you would require a different DVD Player. If you have questions about Regions please contact our customer service before ordering. You can however return unplayed DVD's that are not playable in your Region at any time.

My item was a high priced vinyl record box set. The packing for shipping was so poorly done, I would expect a 5 year old did it. The item arrived damaged of... And I have to take an hour plus of my time to package back up, and go to the post office. This is not the first time I've had this problem with Zoverstocks, but it will be the last.
