STANDARD RETURN POLICY

You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by OrangeOnions within 30 days of delivery for a refund or equal replacement.  All returned items must be received at our processing facility within 30days from the date your return is approved and/or authorized.

A 15% restocking fee applies to all products returned for "buyers remorse" in which case shipping costs are non-refundable, this policy also applies to purchases through eBay, Sears, and Amazon.  A 15% restocking fee also applies to orders through OrangeOnions.com that received free shipping.

Products that are under warranty must be returned to the Manufacturer's Warranty Center.

All merchandise must be returned in unused, sellable condition with all original packaging materials included in order to receive credit. OrangeOnions inspects all returned items and reserves the right to award only a partial refund or store credit for opened or used merchandise.OrangeOnions does not accept returns after 30 days from the date you received your merchandise so please inspect all products upon receipt.

How to Return an Item

All return requests must be obtained within 30 days of delivery via e-mail to returns@orangeonions.com.  OrangeOnions does not accept return requests over the phone. The OrangeOnions Returns Department will contact you back within 2 business days after your return request is submitted.

Items Damaged in Shipping

OrangeOnions makes every effort to safely secure and ship all packages, but sometimes merchandise can be damaged during transit. Merchandise damaged during shipping should be reported to OrangeOnions via email at returns@orangeonions.com within 2 days of receipt. OrangeOnions will investigate the claim with the assistance of the shipping company. If the return is a result of an OrangeOnions error or if you received a defective or damaged product, OrangeOnions will ship a replacement or refund the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges after verification of the claim.

Canceling Your Order

If you decide you would like to cancel your order from OrangeOnions, please call us Toll Free 877-457-5238 or email sales@orangeonions.com immediately after purchase.  Orders can be cancelled and refunded prior to packing and shipping. However, order cancellations received after shipment has occurred cannot be cancelled or refunded. Remember that OrangeOnions enforces lightning fast shipping standards, so please call or email immediately after purchase to ensure cancellation.

Back Orders

OrangeOnions regularly stocks every item carried. Although every attempt is made to maintain inventory of each product, occasionally OrangeOnions may run out of certain products. In this event, an estimated time will be given to you of the availability and delivery of the product.  At this time you can cancel your order for the product or you can proceed under the new delivery timeline.  If you choose to continue with your order, you can opt to postpone shipment of your entire order until the product is available, or receive a partial shipment of the in-stock item(s) first and the out-of-stock item(s) when they are available. No additional shipping charges will be incurred by the customer for these partial shipments.

Shipping rates depend on the selected shipping speed and weight/size of the items.

To determine the applicable shipping rate for items in your Cart:

  1. Select Proceed to Checkout
  2. Select or add your shipping address
  3. Select a shipping speed and select Continue
  4. Select a payment method and select Continue

Shipping Policies

Standard Shipping

OrangeOnions features weight based shipping on all Amazon orders shipping within the 48 contiguous United States. Amazon orders will be sent via FedEx Ground or USPS Priority Mail, depending on the destination, size, and weight of the shipment. Items normally leave the OrangeOnions Warehouse within 1-2 business days* after order placement and average delivery times are 3-8 business days.* Orders ship from Cleveland, Ohio & destinations in closer proximity to Cleveland will receive items sooner than those on the West Coast. Shipping costs are calculated with an initial charge of $4.49 per shipment plus $.45 per lb. Upon shipment of your order, you will be emailed a shipment confirmation from OrangeOnions with a FedEx or USPS tracking number for easy order tracking.


Expedited Shipping

Expedited Shipping on Amazon orders will be sent via FedEx Ground or USPS Priority Mail, depending on the destination, size, and weight of the shipment. Orders that are placed before 2:00pm EST on a business day* usually leave the OrangeOnions Warehouse same day. Orders placed after 2:00pm EST and on non-business days will ship the following business day.* Average delivery times are 2-5 business days. Orders ship from Cleveland, Ohio & destinations in closer proximity to Cleveland will receive items sooner than those on the West Coast. Expedited Shipping costs are calculated with an initial charge of $8.99 per shipment plus $.65 per lb. Upon shipment of your order, you will be emailed a shipment confirmation from OrangeOnions with a FedEx or USPS tracking number for easy order tracking.


Shipping to PO Boxes

OrangeOnions will ship orders weighing less than 1 lb. to PO Boxes within the 48 contiguous United States via USPS Priority Mail. Orders weighing more than 1 lb. will not be shipped to a PO Box. For all PO Box orders that weigh more than 1 lb, estimated delivery time will be delayed until a physical address is given.


Alaska, Hawaii & International Shipping

OrangeOnions does not currently ship items to areas outside the 48 contiguous United States.


APO/FPO Military Shipping

OrangeOnions does not currently ship items to APO/FPO military addresses.



* OrangeOnions' business days are defined as Monday through Friday with the exception of Holidays and noted closings.
