Prior arrangements must be made to ensure delivery is possible (although not guaranteed). The customer is responsible to inform Drimmers [the seller] if special delivery services are required, such as walk-ups (extra flights), hatch deliveries, door removals, and/or similar; should a special vehicle or equipment be required to reach the customer, should the area need special clearance, and/or permit, and/or insurance; long driveways, gravel roads, farms, or if a 52ft trailer cannot reach your block or neighborhood. Failure to notify Drimmers [the seller] once the order is shipped and delivery cannot be performed, customer is fully responsible for round trip shipping fees.

Customer is responsible to inform Drimmers [the seller] if the delivery address is on an island. Island and ferry delivery (when possible) will be subject to additional minimum fees per appliance. Customer is fully responsible for round trip shipping fees plus additionally associated costs, if requests to cancel order once it has been shipped by Drimmers [the seller].


Instances where carriers cannot perform in-home delivery, the delivery method will be curbside the delivery address or inside garage. Applies only in the following states: ID, NE, VT, ME, MT, ND, SD, MN, IA, AL, NM, VT, KS, WY, NV, WA, OR, AR, LA, KY, NH, UT. In addition to states listed above, in zip codes considered remote delivery method will be curbside delivery.


Customer is fully responsible for (a) storage fees (b) all associated shipping fees when unavailable to coordinate and schedule delivery.

Additional fees are applied if the merchandise or customers home require door removal. Customer is responsible to survey and measure entryways and hallways where merchandise will be brought through – in addition to where merchandise will be placed –  to ensure they fit. Contact Drimmers [the seller] to add necessary services. Refusal of order due to fitting issues will result in order cancellation and

customer is fully responsible for round trip shipping fees.

To request a change of delivery address once it has been shipped by Drimmers [the seller], customer must provide a copy of ID and a utility bill, and customer is responsible for an additional re-consignment fee. Fees are calculated based on distance. Address changes are not guaranteed. Refusal of the above will result in order cancellation and customer is fully responsible for round trip shipping fees.

It is important for the customer to unpack and perform a full inspection of the merchandise prior to accepting and signing for the order. If customer informs Drimmers [the seller] of damage to merchandise after delivery and legal delivery document (POD) is signed with no mention of damage, customer is responsible for returning merchandise at their own expense, or Drimmers [the seller] can coordinate pickup for an additional fee depending on the address. Customer is responsible to file a full damage claim and seek full reimbursement from the carrier they used, when merchandise gets damaged if customer returns merchandise due to “no longer needed”, “no longer wanted”, “change of mind”, “accidental order”, and/or similar.

When not present at the delivery address to accept the order, customer is responsible for the redelivery [and rescheduling] fee. Refusal of redelivery [and rescheduling] fee will result in order cancellation and customer is fully responsible for round trip shipping fees.

Customers have thirty (30) days from date of delivery to notify Drimmers [the seller] of missing parts and/or accessories from their order.


Certificate of Insurance (COI) deliveries:


Customer is fully responsible to notify Dimmers [the seller] if delivery address requires a certificate of insurance. Appropriate arrangements will be made. Failure to notify Drimmers [the seller] once the order is shipped and delivery cannot be performed, customer is fully responsible for round trip shipping fees.

Orders which are refused upon delivery for any reason other than damage to the package, a refund will be issued for the original transaction amount less (a) original shipping fees - which Drimmers [the seller] paid for original delivery, and (b) return shipping fees.

IMPORTANT: Damages found on merchandise (and damage is noted on proof of delivery document), customer must notify Drimmers [the seller] within five (5) days of the delivery. Anything past five (5) days will be voided.

Drimmers [the seller] does not reimburse customers which return merchandise to any Drimmers location on their own. The customer is responsible to procure approval to return.

Larger merchandise purchased cannot be returned, unless damaged in transit or for buyer's remorse reasons. Customers can use Drimmers [the seller] return policy when returning merchandise for buyer’s remorse reasons. Return issues such as manufacturer defects, installation damages, missing parts, and/or similar, must be directed to the merchandise manufacturers warranty.
